Das Zimmer ist relativ groß und Hell, weil es ein Fenster richtung Süden hat. Das Fenster geht außerdem zum großen Innenhof raus, dadurch ist es auch bei offenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer liegt sehr schönes (leicht quietschendes) altes Parkett. Das Zimmer auf dem Bild ist das was auf dem Grundriss "Big Room" heißt, dein Zimmer wäre dann aber das "Gartenzimmer". Die Zimmer sehen aber genau gleich aus und ich hatte kein Foto mehr vom leeren Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Es steht auf jeden Fall ein großer Schrank, ein Schreibtisch ein Regal an der Wand, ne Lampe und ein Mülleimer drin. Die Sachen kommen vom Vermieter. Ich selbst zieh ins Ausland und kann deswegen auch kaum was mitnehmen. Wenn du also was von meinen Möbeln übernehmen möchtest, wäre das kein Problem. Sogar hilfreich.
Die Möbel können sonst auch im Keller gelagert werden. Außer der große Schrank wahrscheinlich.

The room is furnished. There is definitely a large wardrobe, a desk, a shelf on the wall, a lamp and a rubbish bin. The things come from the landlord. I'm moving abroad myself, so I can hardly take anything with me. So if you'd like to take some of my furniture, that wouldn't be a problem. It would even be helpful.
Die WG liegt in Lichtenberg am Freiaplatz. Es ist auf jeden Fall eher ruhig hier, aber ein paar Cafes, Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Busse und Trams fahren direkt vor der Tür und der S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg ist nicht weit weg. Von da aus kommt man gut überall hin.

Das Wg-Leben ist eher ruhig. Wir arbeiten alle drei. Eva arbeitet meist vormittags, Tim eher abends/nachts. Von daher ist man nicht allzu häufig gleichzeitig zuhause. Es war uns aber immer sehr wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben einfach harmonisch und entspannt abläuft. Die beiden sind auch wirklich sehr nett und umgänglich und sie werden sich auch aussuchen mit wem sie zusammenwohnen wollen. Ich schreibe nur die Anzeige. :)
Es gibt einen Putzplan, der auch halbwegs eingehalten wird.
