A very cozy room equipped with a bed, a sofa, a round table, two chairs, a mirror, a bedside table, a cupboard, and some other storage areas as well. It also has some plants ( some of them are mine and some is owned by my friend and these will be taken back after the 15th of Jan). I am visiting my home for 20 days which is why I am subletting my place.
Public transport is accessible in 4 min by foot (Bus 296 and 396). 8 min walk to Bus 194. Netto, Penny, Rewe are in walkable distance (8-10 min). 1 km to U Tierpark. S3 Betriebsbahnof Rummelsburg is in 1.3km. Just 7 min ride to S Ostkruez by Bus 194. Nearest tram is in Tierpark (M17,27).
The apartment is shared with a girl. She is a student at HTW Treskowalle. She is a very nice person. Very friendly and helpful. The bathroom,toilet and kitchen is shared with her. She keeps everything clean and perfect. She plays piano at times but it hasn't been a disturbance at all. The flat is almost quiet all the time. My preference is a girl who won't make any trouble for me during my vacation at my place. I wish the person to maintain the room as it is (clean and beautiful)
The rent provided is for 20 days and not a month. It includes the heating, water and Internet as well.
