The flat is pretty close to S Rummelsburg (1 minute) and S Ostkreuz (7 minutes walking distance), which is a 3 person living community. The free room is about 16 sqm and is furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair and wardrobe. The kitchen und bathroom are equipped as well.
The price includes all extra costs (electricity, internet, heating, water).

Since the flat is directly at S Rummelsburg (Sisyphos..) and S Ostkreuz, you are pretty close to a lot of good places for having sth to eat, a coffee, beer or whatever. In two s train stations you are at Warschauer Straße and from there directly in Kreuzberg.
This is a complete new living community so there will live different people from all over the world. So if you are open minded and interested in meeting new people you are definetly right!
Right now there lives Jessica who is originally from England and Danial who's studying at Catalyst University (Institute for creative arts and technology).
The room is only available for one month (November 2024).
