wir sind Chelsea, Mohammad und Felix, Student:innen und Praktikant:innen aus der ganzen Welt und wohnen zusammen im schönen Mariendorf. Wir drei suchen ab sofort eine neue Mitbewohner:in, da unsere liebe Baran auszieht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz nah an der U6; man ist somit sehr gut angebunden. Das Zimmer selbst wird unmöbeliert übergeben. Außerdem sind wir eine absolute Nicht-Raucher WG und haben auch keinen Balkon, dementsprechend darf nirgendwo in der Wohnung geraucht werden.
Zum Zusammenleben gehören für uns: Ein gutes Maß an Ordnung und regelmäßiger, grundsätzlicher Hygiene, Respekt und gut funktionierende Kommunikation und die Möglichkeit, gleichermaßen gemütlich zusammensitzen oder sich ungestört zurückziehen zu können. Am Besten Du schreibst uns eine Nachricht und beschreibst Dich ein bisschen (Alter, Beruf, WG-Erfahrung, Tagesablauf, etc.), sodass wir einen ersten Eindruck bekommen können. Wenn es passt, machen wir einen Termin zum Kennenlernen von Wohnung aus.

Dear interested people,
We are Chelsea, Mohammad and Felix, students and interns from all over the world and live together in beautiful Mariendorf. The three of us are now looking for a new flatmate, as our dear Baran is moving out.
The apartment is very close to the U6 underground line, so you are very well connected. The room itself is unfurnished. We are also a non-smoking flat share and do not have a balcony, so smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment.
For us, living together includes: a good level of order and hygiene, respect and well-functioning communication and the opportunity to sit together comfortably or to retreat undisturbed. It's best if you write us a message and describe yourself a little (age, profession, experience of living in a shared flat, daily routine, etc.) so that we can get a first impression. If it fits, we will make an appointment to get to know each other from the apartment.
