Einmal im Kreis am Hackeschen Markt?

Das Zimmer hat ca. 15qm, zudem noch ein kleiner Wintergarten zählt. Hier kann man besonders gut am frühen Abend in der Sonne chillen und sich seinen Kaffee oder sein Bier schmecken lassen :) Das Zimmer hat sonst genug Platz für alle deine Sachen, die du mitbringst und kommt inkl. beerenfarbener Wand (die kannst du allerdings gerne streichen, vor meinem Einzug war sie hellblau ;))

Die Wohnung hat super viel Charakter und ist sehr wild geschnitten: vom Flur kommt man über dein künftiges Zimmer in den Wintergarten, zu dem auch dein Mitbewohner Freddy Zugang hat, von dessen Zimmer aus man im Wohnzimmer landet und von dort wieder in den Flur gelangt. Man kann also tatsächlich einmal im Kreis laufen! Neben der voll ausgestatteten Küche inkl. vollautomatischer Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine haben wir zusätzlich zu unserem Bad noch eine kleine Gästetoilette, dh. man kommt sich morgens nie in die Quere ;)

The room is about 15 square meters and also includes a small winter garden. This is the perfect spot to chill in the sun in the early evening and enjoy your coffee or beer :) The room otherwise has enough space for all the things you bring with you and comes with a berry-colored wall (although you're welcome to repaint it, before I moved in it was light blue ;))

The apartment has a lot of character and has a very wild layout: from the hallway you can reach the winter garden via your future room, which your roommate Freddy also has access to, from whose room you end up in the living room and from there you get back into the hallway. So you can actually walk in circles! In addition to the fully equipped kitchen including a fully automatic coffee machine and dishwasher, we also have a small guest toilet in addition to our bathroom, i.e. you never get in each other's way in the morning ;)
