Wir haben eine schöne große Wohnung 160m2 mitten in Berlin:) Zur Zeit leben wir hier mit zwei anderen Paaren. Da sich sich leider ab Januar unsere WG auflöst, suchen wir nun neue Mitbewohner*innen.
Die Wohnug hat 5 Zimmer, 2 Bäder (mit Badewanne), eine Küche und kostet insgesamt 3200€ (warm, inklusive Internet Nebenkosten etc). Wir würden es schön finden 1-2 Gemeinschaftsräume (Wohn/Ess/Arbeitszimmer) zu haben. Damit bleiben 3 private Zimmer (1davon für uns beide). Wie genau man Raum und Miete aufteilt, würden wir gerne mit euch zusammen überlegen (Miete durch die Anzahl der Mitberwohner*innen oder pro qm, wollen wir zu 4., zu 5. oder zu 6. wohnen, ...).

We found a beautiful and huge apartment 160m2 in the middle of Berlin:) We currently live here with two other couples. Unfortunately our beloved flatmates will move out in the end of the year and we are now searching for new roomis.
The apartment has 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms (with bathtub), and a kitchen. The total rent is 3200€ (warm, including internet, utilities etc). We would like to have 1-2 shared rooms (living/dining/study). That leaves 3 private rooms (1 of them for us). Exactly how to divide the space and rent, we would like to work out together with you (rent by the number of roommates or per square meter, do we want to live 4, 5 or 6, ...).

Die Wöhlerstraße ist sehr ruhig und man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß an der U6.
Da die Wohnung so zentral gelegen ist, ist man auch mit dem Fahrrad relativ schnell überall. Für uns ist die Nähe zum HBF sehr praktisch.
Es gibt hier ein paar Cafés und Resaurants aber es ist leider kein lebendiger Kiez... dafür umso netter in der WG;) und man ist ja schnell überall...
Wöhlerstrasse is very quiet and you can reach the U6 in 2 minutes on foot.
As the apartment is so centrally located, you can get anywhere relatively quickly by bike. For us, the proximity to the main train station is very practical.
There are a few cafes and restaurants here, but unfortunately it's not really lively Kiez... but the shared apartment is all the nicer;) and you can get everywhere quickly...
Hallo wir sind Joh und Benjamin und suchen neue Mitbewohner*innen für unsere schöne WG.
Johanna (30) ist Designerin und Doktorandin und erforscht Baumrinde als mögliches Material der Zukunft und ist tagsüber meistens unterwegs (Labor, Bib, Büro).
Benjamin (32) ist Komponist und Gitarrist in verschiedenen Bands, arbeitet an einer Musikschule und ist nebenbei Judo Trainer an einer Grundschule.Tagsüber arbeitet Benjamin häufig von zuhause (unter anderem Gitarre spielen, Komponieren). Es gibt aber genug Platz um sich in der WG zu verteilen, wenn mehrere Leute zuhause ungestört arbeiten wollen.
In unsere Freizeit gehen wir gerne klettern oder bouldern, auf Konzerte, kochen gerne, tanzen, spielen Tischtennis im Park, machen irgendwas draußen, hüpfen auch im Winter gerne mal in den See, spazieren, basteln, machen Musik, oder gucken 3 mal im Jahr einen Film auf dem Beamer im Wohnzimmer…in Zukunft auch gern öfter;)
Wir wünschen uns Mitbewohner*innen die an einem Zusammenleben mit uns interessiert sind.
In unserer jetzigen WG essen wir zum Beispiel normalerweise gemeinsam mit den Leuten die gerade zuhause sind (vegetarisch/vegan). Uns ist aber auch wichtig, dass man sich ohne schlechtes Gewissen mal zurückziehen kann.
Ab Januar sind die Zimmer frei und wir freuen uns schon auf gemütliche WG Winterabende mit leckerem Essen und guten Gesprächen.

Hello, we are Joh and Benjamin and are looking for new flatmates for our beautiful shared flat.
Johanna (30) is a designer and PhD student and researches tree bark as a possible material of the future. She is usually on the road during the day (lab, bib, office).
Benjamin (32) is a composer and guitarist in various bands, works at a music school and is also a judo coach at an elementary school. He often works from home during the day (playing guitar, composing, etc.). However, there is enough space to spread out in the shared flat if several people want to work undisturbed at home.
In our free time we like to go climbing/bouldering, go to concerts, cook, dance, play table tennis in the park, do something outside, sometimes jump into the lake in the middle of winter, go for a walk, crafting, make music, or watch a movie on the projector in the living room 3 times a year;)
We are looking for flatmates who are interested in living with us.
In our current shared flat, for example, we usually eat together with the people that are at home (vegetarian/vegan). But it's also important to us that you can also spend time on your own without feeling guilty.
The rooms will be available from January and we are already looking forward to cozy winter evenings with delicious food and good conversation.
