Hello there!
I'm renting out my room in Rosa-Luxembourg-Platz (1 minute away from the Ubahn station). The room is fully furnished, 17 m2.

It’s available from February 1st, but flexible with move in date. Anmeldung is possible. Everything is included in the rent, so no extra costs (except for Splitwise for household supplies).
The flat: it’s a 4-person WG. We’re all girls between 25-30. We occasionally spend time together, but everything is pretty flexible and everyone has their own schedule. The flat has a small storage room where we also dry our laundry. We’re located on the 4th floor.
The area: the area is super lively, with plenty of bars, cafes, and shops.
The contract has the possibility of extension.
