Hallo, ich vermiete tageweise bis zu max. einer Woche (nicht langfristig!) ein Zimmer in der Wohnung an Leute, die zu Besuch in Berlin sind oder aus anderen Gründen einen Schlafplatz für ein paar Tage brauchen. Sauberkeit und Ruhe sind mir wichtig, Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Zusätzliche Personen sind 10 € extra/ Nacht. Bei Interesse bitte emailen oder abends anrufen :)

I rent out a room in the apartment to people who come to visit Berlin or who need a place to sleep for a few days up to one week (not permanently!). Cleanliness and quietness are important to me, smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Additional persons are 10 € extra/ night. Es gibt S-Bahn, Busse und U-Bahn in der Nähe. Die nächste S-Bahn-Haltestelle ist Beusselstraße (Ringbahn). Man erreicht die meisten zentralen Orte innerhalb von 30-40 Minuten. In der Turmstraße sind sehr viele Supermärkte, und es gibt auch genügend Spätis, Döner-, Falafel- oder Shawarmaläden um die Ecke.

The flat is well located with S-Bahn, busses and underground within walking distance. The nearest S-Bahn station is Beusselstraße on the Ringbahn, and you can reach most central places within 30-40 minutes. Turmstraße has a wide variety of supermarkets, and there are enough Spätis or shops selling Döner, falafel and Shawarma around the corner.
