Our flat has recently been renovated and is situated on the 7th top floor (elevator) in a 70ies/80ies building. We have a nice view of Berlin from our balcony, e.g. the dome of Reichstag, Bellevue Palace, Central Station, and the TV tower.
The flat has four rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional restroom. One of the rooms (11 sqm) could be yours, Peter and I live in one room each.
Your prospective room has a large window façade with a view of Alexanderplatz, the Reichstag, and Central Station. The fourth room is a big shared living and dining room with a balcony where we can meet, eat, play PlayStation, enjoy a beer or drinks, etc. All the shared spaces are roughly 48m2 of the apartment.
The room we're offering is fully furnished including a bed, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and roller blinds. We can put the furniture in the basement if you want to equip your room with your furniture. The rent is warm and includes wifi, water, heating, electricity, and the broadcasting fee (Rundfunkgebühren).
Our kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, pots, pans, and other kitchen supplies.
We live close (3-5 min) to the metro station Bellevue (S3, S5, S7, S9) near Central Station. So, we reach nearly the whole city within a decent amount of time. The Spree River is only a few meters away, as is the Tiergarten Park and the castle Bellevue.
The closest possibilities to do groceries are a Penny and a Rewe which are about 10 min away by walk. You can walk to the Schultheiss Center (dm, Kaufland, etc.) at the U9 underground station of Turmstraße in a bit more than 10 minutes.
