Es gibt 2 Zimmer in der WG. Welches Zimmer deins und welches meins wird, können wir gerne gemeinsam entscheiden. Momentan wohne ich in Zimmer 2 (siehe Fotos), dort ist auch der Balkon. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und hell. Das andere Zimmer ist etwas kleiner, geht zum Innenhof, es gehört eine kleine Kammer dazu. Es können evtl. einige Möbel übernommen werden, z.B. das Bett aus Zimmer 1. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt über 100qm groß, Altbau, Indexmietvertrag, sie liegt im 1. Stock, es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Balkon, eine großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Esstisch und Arbeitsecke.
Ob ein Unterkommen im Hauptmietvertrag möglich ist, ist momentan noch unklar. Eine Untermiete mit Anmeldung ist auf jeden Fall möglich. Du solltest ungefähr das Dreifache des Mietpreises als regelmäßiges Einkommen nachweisen können.

There are 2 rooms in the shared apartment. We can decide together which room will be yours and which will be mine. I'm currently living in room 2 (see photos), which is also where the balcony is. The room is about 20 square meters and bright. The other room is a little smaller, faces the inner courtyard and has a small chamber. Some furniture can possibly be taken over, e.g. the bed from room 1. The apartment is over 100 square meters in size, old building, index rental agreement, it is on the 1st floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony, a large living room with a sofa , dining table and work corner.
It is currently unclear whether accommodation in the main rental agreement is possible. Subletting with registration is definitely possible. You should be able to show around three times the rental price as regular income.
Die U-Bahn Station (U6) ist direkt vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und vor allem viel Grün findest du in Laufnähe. Es gibt hier keinen Kiez, die nächsten Kneipen sind mindestens 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt.

The subway station (U6) is right on the doorstep, shopping, restaurants and, above all, lots of greenery are within walking distance. There is no Kiez here, the nearest bars are at least 2 subway stops away.
Ich suche ab April 1-2 Personen, die gerne langfristig ein WG-Leben mit mir teilen möchten. Da das Zimmer und die Wohnung viel Platz bieten und außerdem die Miete relativ hoch ist, könnte ich mir auch vorstellen, dass mehr als eine Person einzieht. Wie das Zusammenleben dann aussehen könnte, können wir gerne bei einem Kennenlernen besprechen.
Ich bin 35, arbeite als Lehrkraft an einer Berliner Schule und bewege mich gerne in offenen, toleranten (oft FLINTA*) Kreisen.
In der WG sind mir ehrliche Kommunikation, Empathie, Rücksichtnahme und Sauberkeit wichtig. AFD/CDU/BSW Sympathisant*innen haben hier keinen Platz!
Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG. Auch wenn alle ihrem Alltag nachgehen, wurden hier bisher Kühlschrank, Kochen und das Wohnzimmer geteilt, zumindest ab und an; es gab am Wochenende oft größere Brunchrunden mit Freund*innen. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn sich das Zusammenwohnen weiterhin so oder so ähnlich:) gestaltet.

Since the room and the apartment offer a lot of space and the rent is relatively high, I could imagine more than one person moving in. The shared apartment is not a purpose-built shared apartment. Even though everyone goes about their everyday lives, the fridge, cooking and the living room have been shared here, at least from time to time; There were often larger brunch groups with friends on the weekend. I would be happy if living together continued like this (similarly).
