Hello everyone!
I'm offering my spacious room in our cozy shared flat in Berlin-Moabit for temporary rent. The room is available from October 16th to November 31st, 2024, and it's perfect for someone looking for short-term accommodation.
The room is furnished with a large double bed, desk, screen, and wardrobe. You will be sharing the flat with me – I am 26 years old, a student, and I work three days a week. Cleanliness and a quiet atmosphere are important to me, so I am looking for someone who is also calm and perhaps works or studies.
Our flat is conveniently located between the Ringbahn station Westhafen and the U-Bahn station Birkenstraße (U9), offering easy access to public transport. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are also nearby.
The rent is 250 euros for October and 500 euros for November, including all utilities and Wi-Fi. A deposit of 300 euros is required.
Please note: My girlfriend is moving to another city for her studies but will visit me 1-2 days on the weekends, staying in my room during that time. This means that occasionally there will be three people in the flat. I hope this is not an issue for you.

Ich biete mein geräumiges Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen WG in Berlin-Moabit zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer ist vom 16. Oktober bis zum 31. November 2024 verfügbar und eignet sich perfekt für jemanden, der eine kurzfristige Unterkunft sucht.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem großen Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Bildschirm und einem Schrank ausgestattet. Du wirst während deines Aufenthalts mit mir zusammenwohnen – ich bin 26 Jahre alt, studiere und arbeite 3 Tage in der Woche. Ruhe und Sauberkeit sind mir daher sehr wichtig, und ich suche jemanden, der ebenfalls eher ruhig ist und vielleicht auch arbeitet oder studiert.
Unsere WG liegt günstig zwischen der Ringbahn-Station Westhafen und der U-Bahn-Station Birkenstraße (U9), sodass die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bequem zu erreichen sind. Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Die Miete beträgt 250 Euro für Oktober und 500 Euro für November, inklusive aller Nebenkosten und WLAN. Eine Kaution von 300 Euro ist erforderlich.
Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Meine Freundin zieht für ihr Studium in eine andere Stadt, wird mich jedoch 1-2 Tage am Wochenende besuchen und während dieser Zeit in meinem Zimmer wohnen. Daher sind wir an diesen Tagen zu dritt in der Wohnung. Ich hoffe, das stellt für dich kein Problem dar.
