In our cosy and bright shared apartment in Birkenstr. there is a room available from the 1st of February.
The apartment is 104 m2 and fully furnished. besides the private 3 furnished rooms which are slightly different in sizes,( the one private bedroom offered here is the biggest). we all share a big shared spaces contained of a big living room with home cinema, a fully equipped big kitchen and a big terrace. These shared spaces makes 50% of the apartment size which are for use of us all in addition to our private rooms, therefore the rent includes your share 1/3 of the shared spaces which is calculated to one additional room.
We want to keep a good warm (family-like) vibe at home, keep the apartment tidy and hygiene, take care of the plants, and keep the home a lively and a pleasant place to stay for everyone.

I’m khaled, a filmmaker and freelancer artist living between Berlin and Copenhagen, and with me lives Sarah from France who works in a cinema.
