Hello!! My name is Jaime, and I live in this spacious realistic 12'21 -square-meter room. And I say realistic because this information is something that is often not real in the rental room Apps. The room is a square measuring 3.7m x 3.3m

The apartment is very huge, and we have a big kitchen where we usually prepare commun meals and a living room where we gather some nights to watch movies on the projector.
The house has 6 rooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a storage room.
The roommates are the best part of this house; you will always feel supported by them, and the atmosphere that forms is very cozy. But we also respect the privacy of everyone. As I said before we like to share moments watching films or talking at the kitchen about our day or deeper topics.
We have a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. In other words, the house is fully equipped
Initially, I would also like us to take our furniture with us since I am fond of it haha.
The reason I'm changing the room is because of my dog. I thought the real estate agency would accept pets, but that hasn't been the case and I don’t want to risk anyone of my flatmates having their contract canceled because of Hugo (my dog). So, I need to find a room in a dog-friendly apartment where Hugo and I can call home; honestly, what matters most to me is Hugo's well-being.
I really don't mind paying more than what I'm paying here or if the apartment is a bit farther out. The room needs to be more or less like mine in size.
A little about me: I'm 26 years old, and I’m an x-ray technician at Judisches Krankenhaus. I enjoy doing crafts like macramé, sewing, and carpentry when I’m motivated. Sports and juggles are also part of my daily routine. I like going for runs with my dog, biking, climbing, hicking, slack line, fire juggling... Though in the winter, I think I'll try to find the motivation to stay consistent with the gym haha.
On weekends, I try to go to a nice spot with my dog and whoever joins us, spending the day walking or having a picnic. I enjoy a peaceful life and sharing evenings with my roommates, talking about our days or philosophizing about life. For me, it’s important to have an LGTBIQ+ friendly environment. I like dancing, though I don’t know if I’m good or bad at it—you can judge me if you catch me doing it while cooking haha (by the way, I’m vegetarian, but I don’t mind if there’s meat in the house). I speak English, Spanish (I'm from Spain) and I suppose to have B2 level in German but... Hehe
I'm a clean and tidy person; I like to live in clean environments, although I don’t consider myself a neat freak.
A little about my baby: He’s 10 months old, a large mixed-breed dog. He’s very calm—you might find him blending in with the carpet or asking for some petting hehe. He also loves to play, but for his age, he barely has any crazy moments at home. Since I work three days a week, some of which are night shifts, I’m fully able to take care of him. I’m open to having clear communication between us to meet any expectations regarding Hugo and ensure he respects the boundaries you consider necessary.
As for living together, I like to feel that the people I live with are more than just flatmates. I work on building friendships with those I live with.
Honestly, my dream is to find my place in Berlin, a place I can finally call home. The moving process is unsettling, so your place should be long-term and have Anmeldung.
Just below our apartment, there is an Edeka, but you can also find many different shops on Turmstraße.
The S41 and S42 ring are a 15-minute walk away, and the U9 is 5 minutes away.
