Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für ein schönes WG Zimmer mit 33 m^2 in einer EG Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, das 1. Zimmer (siehe Fotos) ist ca. 33 qm groß und das 2. Zimmer ca. 25 qm. Im Hinterhof befindet sich eine private Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und gut ausgestattet. Unteranderem stehen Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine zur Verfügung.
Ein paar Möbel im Zimmer(ein Fernseher, eine TV Bank, eine Kommode und zwei Kleiderstange) sollen gegen eine Ablöse von 300€ übernommen werden.
I am looking for a new tenant for a nice shared room of 33 square meters in a first floor apartment. The apartment has 2 rooms, the 1st room (see photos) is approx. 33 m^2 and the 2nd room approx. 25 m^2. There is a private terrace in the backyard. The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped. Among other things, a washing machine and a dishwasher are available.
A few pieces of furniture in the room (a television, a TV bench, a chest of drawers and two clothes rails) are to be taken over for a transfer fee of 300€.
Die Verkehrsanbindung zur City ist durch die nur 3 Minuten entfernte U-Bahnstation Birkenstraße sowie durch eine nahe gelegene Hauptverkehrsstraße perfekt. Auch die Ringbahn ist in ca. 10 min erreichbar und es gibt 2 Bushaltestellen in 1-2 min Entfernung. Ein Edeka und ein Penny befinden sich ebenfalls direkt neben der Wohnung.
The connection to the city is perfect because of the underground station Birkenstraße which is only 3 minutes away. The Ringbahn can be reached in about 10 minutes and there are 2 bus stops in 1-2 min distance. Supermarkets are just next door.
Du wirst mit Debora(28) wohnen, sie ist Fotografin von Beruf und ist ein sehr netter und lebensfroher Mensch. Wir hätten jemanden in der WG der auch nett und rücksichtsvoll ist. Und wir suchen auch nur jemanden der langfristig hier wohnt.
Es sind keine Haustiere und Party erlaubt.
You will live with Debora (28), she is a photographer by profession and is a very nice and cheerful person. We would have someone in the shared flat who is also nice and considerate. And we are only looking for someone who will live here long-term.
No pets or parties are allowed.
Der Mietbeginn wäre am 01.03. Warmmiete beträgt 717€ alles inklusiv, gez geht noch drauf. Die Kaution beträgt 800€.
