Hallo,
mein Name ist Maximilian (35), ich lebe in Berlin, nahe dem Hauptbahnhof, und suche eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner.
Ich bewohne zwei miteinander verbundene Wohnungen: In der einen (95 m²) leben meine Partnerin und unsere kleine Tochter. Direkt angrenzend befindet sich eine separate 50 m² große Wohnung, in der ich selbst wohne. Diese wurde erst im Dezember umfassend saniert – alles ist neu, von Bad bis Heizung.
Dort steht ein geräumiges Zimmer mit ca. 20 m² zur Verfügung, ergänzt durch eine kleine, gemütliche Kemenate und einen kleinen Vorraum. In der Kemenate gibt es aktuell Platz für ein Bett, ein Regal und eine Kleiderstange, während im Vorraum ein Stuhl und ein an der Wand befestigter Klapptisch untergebracht sind. Die Küche ist großzügig gestaltet und eignet sich ideal als gemeinsamer Aufenthaltsraum.
Ich biete dieses Zimmer insbesondere an Pendler, die in Berlin ein Bett zentral lokalisiert und in einem ordentlichen Umfeld, ein günstiges Zimmer suchen oder Studenten mit einem kleinen Wohnungsbudget. Ich habe das Zimmer gerade leergeräumt, um noch eine kleine Stelle auszumalen, kann dir aber gerne erste Bilder schicken. Wenn du Interesse hast, könnten wir telefonieren und schauen, ob es für uns beide passt.
Ich selbst nutze die Wohnung hauptsächlich zum Schlafen und bin aufgrund meines Berufs als Lehrer tagsüber viel unterwegs. Abends verbringe ich manchmal Zeit mit meiner Tochter oder koche etwas, bin aber insgesamt nicht allzu häufig in der Wohnung. Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen, sehr freundlichen Hund, der sich allerdings nicht in deinem Zimmer aufhalten wird.

My name is Maximilian (35), I live in Berlin near the main train station, and I’m looking for a roommate.
I have two connected apartments: In one (95 m²), my partner and our young daughter live. Right next door is a separate 50 m² apartment where I stay. It was completely renovated in December – everything is new, including the bathroom and heating.
The available room is spacious, about 20 m², and comes with a small, cozy alcove and a small entrance area. The alcove currently fits a bed, a shelf, and a clothing rack, while the entrance area has a chair and a wall-mounted foldable table. The kitchen is large and serves as a great shared space.
I am offering this room to anybody interested. I think, this set up is ideal for people, who come to Berlin for work and just need a well situated bed in a nice and tidy place or students who want to save money and don't mind a small room I just emptied it to do some final touch-ups, but I can send you some pictures if you’re interested. We could also have a call to see if it’s a good fit for both of us.
I mostly use the apartment for sleeping and am out for most of the day due to my full-time job as a teacher. In the evenings, I sometimes spend time with my daughter or cook, but overall, I’m not around much. We also have a small, very friendly dog, but of course, he won’t enter your room.
