Ich vermiete mein möbliertes WG Zimmer für einen Monat unter, da ich ins Ausland gehe.
Das Zimmer liegt in einer großen Wohnung in Berlin-Neukölln, nahe des Hermannplatzes. Mit der U8/U7 in unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Wohnung sehr gut angebunden, Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, wir teilen ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und 4(!) Badezimmer :)
Du würdest mit 4 aufgeschlossenen Leuten zusammenwohnen, die alle gern in einer WG leben. Wir haben alle einen recht geregelten Lohnarbeitsalltag mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeiten, freuen uns aber auch über gemeinsame Zeit.
Die Miete beträgt 635€, inklusive aller Nebenkosten, so viel wie ich auch zahle, da unser Mietvertrag sehr teuer is:(

I am subletting my furnished WG room for one month as I am going abroad.
The room is located in a large apartment in Berlin-Neukölln, near Hermannplatz.
Public Transportation (U7/u8), shops, bars and restaurant are all super close.
The apartment is very spacious, we share a living room, kitchen, and 4(!) bathrooms :)
You would live with 4 open-minded people who all like to live in a shared apartment. We all have a our own day-to-day lives with different rhythms with but are also happy to spend time together.
The rent is 635€, including all utilities, same as I paying, unfortunately our contract is expensive :(
