Hallo, wir suchen eine neuen neuen Mitbewohner für März (1 Monat).

Schönes helles Zimmer mit Dielenboden und zwei großen Fenstern zum Innenhof.

Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Hochbett, Regale, kleiner Tisch.

Nichtraucherwohnung.

Zum Haushalt gehören auch 2 Katzen, es wäre also wichtig, dass du keine Allergie gegen Katzenhaare hast und grundsätzlich gut mit Katzen klarkommst.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt am S-Bahn-Ring. Die Ringbahn (S-Hermannstrasse) und U8 (U-Leinestrasse) sind 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Alexanderplatzt sind es 15 Minuten. In der Nähe befindet sich Tempelhofer Feld, wo man gut spazieren gehen, joggen etc. kann. Direkt an der Hermannstrasse ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit Rewe und Netto und auf dem Weg zum Haus ein türkischer Gemüseladen. Viele Cafés, Restaurants, Späties in der Umgebung.

Du würdest die Wohnung mit zwei anderen Personen teilen. Wir sind beide beruflich und privat viel unterwegs und das Zuhause ist für uns ein Rückzugsort, in dem wir gerne die Ruhe genießen. Wenn du also gerne Besuch hast, passt es eher weniger zu uns (ab und zu ist es natürlich ok).

Wir haben ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis untereinander und schätzen eine offene Kommunikation, sind aber primär eine Zweck-WG.

Hello, we are looking for a new roommate for March (1 month).

Great location close to different transport (S-Bahn - Ringbahn, U-Bahn), Tempelhofer Feld, bars, restaurants, shops etc.

Nice bright room with floorboards and two large windows facing the courtyard.
In the room there is a loft bed, shelves, small table.

The household also includes 2 cats so it is important that you have no allergy to cat hair and basically get along well with cats.

You will share the appartment with 2 other people. Both of us spend a lot of time outside of the appartment for job and private reasons. When at home, we like to enjoy our peace and quiet. So if you like to have people over, it is probably not a good match (now and then it is of course ok).
