Das möblierte Zimmer hat 20 qm und die Fenster gehen zur Uthmannstraße hinaus, einer kleinen Kopfsteinpflaster-Straße, die Karl-Marx-Straße und Richardstraße verbindet.
Auf den Fotos ist noch die Einrichtung meines bisherigen Mitbewohners zu sehen -- die sind natürlich nicht mehr da :)
Es gibt außerdem ein Wohnzimmer (das mit dem Klavier).
The furnished room has 20 square meters and looks on to Uthmannstraße, a small cobble-stone street connecting Karl-Marx-Straße and Richardstraße.
On the photos, you still see my current flatmate's furniture -- those are gone of course :)
There is a living room too (the room with the piano).
Die Wohnung liegt in Rixdorf in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Comeniusgarten und Richardplatz einerseits und der U7-Station Karl-Marx-Straße andererseits. Die Ringbahn (S41/42) ist auch sehr gut erreichbar (Stationen Sonnenallee oder S+U Neukölln).
The flat is very close to Comeniusgarten and Richardplatz on the one hand, and U7 station Karl-Marx-Straße on the other hand. The Ringbahn (S41/42) is conveniently close by, too (stops Sonnenallee and S+U Neukölln).
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Art "Teilzeit-Mitbewohner*in", also jm, die*der zwischen Berlin und einem anderen Ort pendelt und ein Zimmer nur für einen Teil der Woche oder des Monats sucht.
Also eher Zweck-WG, aber gegenseitige Sympathie ist natürlich trotzdem nötig und es spricht auch nichts dagegen, zusammen Dinge zu unternehmen, wenn es sich ergibt. Ich selbst bringe gerade meine Dissertation zuende, lese viel, gehe gerne bouldern und setze mich gegen Antisemitismus in allen seinen Formen ein.
Da mir viele Leute schreiben, ohne das hier anscheinend gelesen zu haben: Bitte nimm in deiner Antwort ausdrücklich darauf bezug, dass ich jm für nur einen Teil der Woche/des Monats suche. Das spart uns beiden Zeit und Mühe :)
ENGLISH:
I am looking for kind of a "part-time flatmate", i.e., somebody who commutes between Berlin and another place and is looking for a room only for part of the week or of the month.
So more of a practical arrangement then, however mutual sympathy is obviously still required, and nothing speaks against doing stuff together if we feel like it. As to myself, I am currently finishing up my dissertation, like to read a lot, go bouldering, and stand up against antisemitism in all its forms.
As many people write me without apparently having acknowledged that I am looking for someone who wants to live here only part of the week/month: Please address that explicitly in your response. That will save both of us time and energy :)
Das Arrangement wäre voraussichtlich mindestens bis Ende des Jahres möglich, evtl. auch darüber hinaus (ahbängig von meiner eigenen zur Zeit noch offenen zukünftigen Situation). Einzugstermin ist der 1. April 2025.

The arrangement would probably be possible at least until the end of the year, possibly longer (depending on my own currently unknown future situation). The date for moving in is 1st April 2025.
