Das große Zimmer ist zum begrünten ruhigen Innenhof raus. Es hat ungewöhnlich große Fenster nach Westen, was ideal für die meisten Zimmerpflanzen und für alle die lieber die abendsonne genießen ist.

Man hat hier gute Anbindung. U7 und U8 sind fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Das Beste für mich ist jedoch die Nähe zum Tempelhofer Feld, hier sind es ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß. Parkplatz Möglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden nur haben auch hier zu viele zuviel Autos.

Als Mitbewohner bin da ich, der Benno. Mein Anspruch an mir selbst und an den zukünftigen Menschen der hier auch leben möchte, ist es, es sich selbst und allem was was sich so umgibt angenehm zu beeinflussen. Klappt nicht immer aber mit etwas Achtsamkeit immer öfter. Sonst steh ich für Fragen gern bereit.

Bitte nur bei Interesse melden. In Räumlichkeiten die geteilt werden Ordnung und Sauberkeit waren. Das Zimmer ist leer. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist 15 min fußläufig entfernt da bin ich mittlerweile fast täglich zum surfakaten, kiten oder am rollen was Rollen hat;)
