20qm WG-Zimmer in Neukölln, 1 Jahr mit Anmeldung

Halloo ihr Lieben:)

Was euch hier im ästhetischen Sinne erwartet, haben die Bilder hoffentlich ausreichend vermittelt, deshalb hier erstmal nur eine kleine Zusammenfassung der hard facts!

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock, hat zwei Zimmer, die etwa 20 qm haben und jeweils zwei Fenster zu einer relativ leisen Straße hin. Für eines davon suche ich eine Mitbewohner:in (1 JAHR, MIT ANMELDUNG, möbliert, ab 1. September). Außerdem gibt es ein relativ geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ne Badewanne und einen sehr schönen Hinterhof. Die Wohnung kommt mit einem kastrierten, sehr kuscheligen Kater und mir. Die Anbindung ist gut, 3 Minuten zur U7 Station Karl-Marx-Straße und Busse ebenfalls in Laufnähe.

Zu mir: Ich bin Lotta (sie/ihr), 25, lustigerweise in der Straße aufgewachsen und komme im August nach einigen Jahren anderorts das erste Mal für längere Zeit zurück nach Berlin. Neustart im Alten sozusagen. Habe in Berlin und Niedersachsen rumstudiert und zuletzt in Barcelona gewohnt (bzw. bin ich noch bis zum 24. Juli hier, solltest du dich also zufälligerweise auch gerade hier aufhalten, perfekt! Können wir uns gerne hier schon einmal kennen lernen:) Ansonsten plane ich erstmal Zoomcalls zu machen und sich dann, wenn ich in Berlin bin nochmal zu treffen, um die Wohnung anzuschauen und möglichst schnell eine Entscheidung treffen zu können.
Ich werde ab Herbst arbeiten und mit meiner Bachelor Arbeit kämpfen und ansonsten hoffentlich ne gute Zeit in dieser traumhaften Bude haben. Das ist so Phase, erzähl mir gerne was von dir!

Da es sich um eine 2er WG handelt, ist es mir wichtig, dass das mit der Wellenlänge hin haut. Offene Kommunikation und ein miteinander anstatt nebeneinanderher leben gehört für mich deshalb dazu. Für gemeinsames Kochen, Feierabend Bier etc. bin ich gut zu haben, wenn du nach einer Bude für wöchentliche After-Hours suchst, gerade eher nicht. Da die Wohnung mit Katze sowie Möbeln kommt, die beide nicht mir gehören, ist mir zudem wichtig, dass die Verantwortung gleichmäßig übernommen wird, insbesondere für die ‚Raumpflege’. Absolut schöne Wohnung, soll auch so bleiben:) Es wird sich da sicher nochmal etwas umgestalten, da die Bilder von der aktuellen Mieterin gemacht wurden und z.B. die Couch noch einen Platz im Wohnzimmer finden muss etc., da haben wir also auch gemeinsam Gestaltungsraum, der das ganze dann hoffentlich zu unserem zu Hause macht.
Falls das nicht so deins ist, übernehme ich für die Katze gerne größtenteils die Verantwortung, da ich aber eventuell auch mal für ein paar Wochen nicht da bin, würde diese Aufgabe dann dir zufallen. Ein Mindestmaß an Katzenliebe und Verantwortung ist also wichtig:) Rauchen geht in der Wohnung leider nicht, ich rauche aber selber, wir können die zwei Stockwerke zum Tisch im Hof dann gemeinsam in Angriff nehmen. Regelmäßiges Kiffen geht aus persönlichen Gründen (in der Wohnung) auch nicht. Ich selbst verbringe meine Zeit gerne mit Büchern und Sonne und Freund:innen, sowie gewissen sehr beliebten Kalt-und Heißgetränken. Ich freue mich schon sehr bald wieder eine York-Kino Karte zu haben (wir haben eines 2 Minuten entfernt), falls du also auf derartige Aktivitäten einsteigen magst, mega! Frischer Wind tut aber auch immer gut, wo ich ja schon in die Straße meiner Kindheit zurück ziehe, also freue ich mich auch die Stadt bald aus einer neuen Perspektive erkunden zu können.

Was ich suche: FLINTA*Personen zwischen 23 und 35. Sprache: Deutsch oder Englisch. Mein Spanisch ist leider noch nicht so gut, wenn du aber Spanisch undEnglisch sprichst, können wir uns vielleicht gegenseitig beim Sprachen lernen aushelfen.

Hopefully the pictures have sufficiently conveyed what you can expect here in an aesthetic sense, so here is just a brief summary of the hard facts!

The flat is on the 2nd floor, has two rooms of about 20 square metres and two windows each facing a relatively quiet street. I am looking for a flatmate for one of them (1 YEAR, WITH REGISTRATION, furnished, from 1 September). There is also a relatively spacious living room, a bathtub and a very nice backyard. The flat comes with a neutered, very cuddly cat and me. The connection is good, 3 minutes to the U7 station Karl-Marx-Straße and buses also within walking distance.

About me: I'm Lotta (she/her), 25, funnily enough I grew up in the street and am coming back to Berlin for the first time in August after a few years elsewhere. A new start in the old so to speak:) I've studied in Berlin and Lower Saxony and most recently lived in Barcelona (I'm still here until 24 July, so if you happen to be here, perfect! We can get to know each other here) Otherwise, I'm planning to make Zoom calls first and then meet up again when I'm in Berlin to look at the flat and make a decision as quickly as possible.
I'll be working and struggling with my bachelor's thesis from autumn onwards and hopefully have a good time in this amazing place. So that’s where I’m at, tell me about you:)

As it's a flat share for two people, it's important to me that we share a vibe. Open communication and living together instead of next to each other is a part of that for me. I'm happy to cook together, have a beer after work etc. If you're looking for a place for weekly after-hours, not really. As the flat comes with a cat and furniture, neither of which belong to me, it's also important to me that responsibility for keeping the place clean is shared equally. It's an absolutely beautiful flat and I want to (we have to lol) keep it that way :) There will certainly be some remodelling, as the pictures were taken by the current tenant and, for example, the couch still has to find a place in the living room, so we also have room for design together, which will hopefully make the whole thing our home.

If this is not your thing, I would be happy to take on most of the responsibility for the cat, but as I may not be around for a few weeks, this task would then fall to you. A minimum of cat love and responsibility is therefore important:) Smoking is unfortunately not possible in the flat, but I smoke myself, so we can tackle the two floors to the table in the courtyard together. Smoking weed regularly (in the flat) is also not possible for personal reasons. I myself like to spend my time with books and sun and friends, as well as certain very popular cold and hot drinks. I'm really looking forward to having a York cinema ticket again soon (we have one 2 minutes away), so if you want to get into that kind of activity together, great! (Winter is coming, it will be hard haha) Some new energy and motivation for new things is always good though - as I'm already moving back to my childhood street - so I'm looking forward to exploring the city from a new perspective soon.

What I'm looking for: FLINTA* person between 23 and 33. Language: German or English. My Spanish is unfortunately not that good yet, but if you speak Spanish and English, maybe we can help each other out with language learning.
