We are a very cute Flinta flat, with a free room from the 10.03. to the 29.04. (dates are flexible + we have a little guest room, so if the dates are not exactly the ones that work for you we might find a solution for a few days)
The room is furnished, I would take some of my stuff out so you would have enough space for clothes etc. It has a big door leading right to the wintergarden, which is a shared space. I have a lot of plants in my room, but if you're not comfortable with taking care if them then one of my roomies could do that.
All in all the flat is pretty clean and we like to keep it that way, there's also some weekly cleaning duties
Most of the time we speak German, but one of us is from Colombia so theres also some english (and a little spanish) in the flat.
We have a pretty big flat right next to Hasenheide with all amenities you need. It is located between Hermannplatz and Südstern, with Südstern being the closest U-Bahn Station (3 min).
The room is facing the street, it's not that loud but might be an issue if you're really sensible to noise.
We have a very family like dynamic and all of us love living together. It's a flinta safe space and it is important for us to keep it that way (sweet people of all genders are obviously welcome to visit, just the sublet would be flinta only)
Usually we have two dogs in the flat, but since I'm going to take mine on vacation with me, there will be only Barnie, a Labrador sized senior dog. He is super sweet, but usually takes a little time with new people and does bark when the door bell rings etc. so it is important that you're comfortable around dogs :)
We all really love living together and usually spend a lot of time chatting in the kitchen or doing other cute stuff. Some of us regularily go to do some yoga or other sports together. Another highlight is spending our evening chilling in the wintergarden. Its pretty hard to get six people together, so usually these activities involve 2-3 people, but once a month we try to do some fun activity with everyone. You're obviously always free to spend time alone, none of these things are expected :)
