We are looking for a new flatmate for our 9 people shared flat. The rent is currently 490€, but during the last year prices where often increased by ~20-40€ if tenants switch, so we estimate the new price to be somewhere between 490€ and 530€. Additionally we pay 10€ per month for shared household items (cleaning supplies, toilet paper, ...).
The room is available from the 1st of September 2024.
It would be good if you have a good sense of living in a shared space (being responsible and self-aware for cleanliness, noise etc). We from time to time do stuff together and would be happy about someone who is open to cooking dinner together, have game or movie nights, drinks and party from time to time.
We are looking for someone with a fixed, verifiable income. Unfortunately people who get Bürgergeld are not able to move in, we are very sorry!
The room is furnished with a bed, a shelf and a chair.
There’s a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 fridges and a big terrace for common use. Your room also has access to a private balcony shared with another room. The whole flat has underfloor heating.
The WG casting takes place somewhere on the 16th of August.
