Liebe potenzielle Mitbewohnerin,
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer während meiner Auslandsreise vom 15. November bis zum 15. Mai (mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung). Das Zimmer ist etwa 35 Quadratmeter groß und hat ein Durchgangszimmer, das als Büro oder Fitnessraum genutzt werden kann. Es ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Arbeitsmonitor.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau mit insgesamt 5 Zimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem großen Bad mit Badewanne sowie einer Wohnfläche von 20 Quadratmetern. Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, mit direktem Zugang zur U8 am Hermannplatz und einer Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude. Außerdem gibt es eine Parkgarage.
Wir suchen jemanden, der in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit im Büro arbeitet und bereits Erfahrung im WG-Leben hat. Die andere Mitbewohnerin ist Ende 20 und arbeitet als Data-Beraterin. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 950 EUR, zuzüglich 200 EUR Nebenkosten.
Ich bin selbst erst vor wenigen Wochen in die Wohnung eingezogen und wir bereiten aktuell alles für den Untermieter vor. Es könnte also noch etwas chaotisch aussehen, wenn du uns besuchst. :)

Dear potential roommate,
I am renting out my room while i am abroad from 15-November to 1 June (possibility for extension). The room is around 35 square meters and comes with an office/gym space in the durchgangzimmer. The room is equipped with a bed, closet, desk and working monitor. The flat is the very beautiful altbau style with 5 rooms it has a fully equipped kitchen, one large bathroom with bath, and living space of 20 sq m. It is conveniently located with access to the U8 at Hermannplatz and the bus station directly below the building. There is also a parking garage.
We are searching for someone who is working full or part-time in the office and has experience living in a WG. The other roommate is a working professional in her late 20s. The cold rent is 950 EUR plus 200 EUR Nebenkosten.
I have just moved into the flat a few weeks ago and we are in the process of furnishing and preparing everything for the subrenter, so if you visit us it may look a bit chaotic at the moment.
