Wir suchen gezielt nach jemandem, der Sauberkeit genauso schätzt wie wir – Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen ist uns wichtig, um ein angenehmes Wohnklima zu bewahren.
Idealerweise möchten wir jemanden finden, der einen strukturierten Tagesablauf hat, zur Arbeit geht und nicht den ganzen Tag im Home Office verbringt. Unsere WG ist eher auf der ruhigen Seite, also wenn du eine friedliche Atmosphäre schätzt, passt du perfekt zu uns.
Um die Erwartungen klarzustellen: Unsere WG ist nicht auf Partys ausgerichtet. Wir sind alle berufstätig und haben ehrlich gesagt selten Gäste. Wir schätzen die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit unserer Wohnung – es ist eher ein Rückzugsort als eine Partyzone.

The apartment is conveniently located directly across from Aldi, just a 5-minute walk to Lidl, and a 12-minute walk to REWE and Netto. Tempelhof Field is right around the corner. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building, and both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are a 10 minute walk away. Numerous restaurants and amenities are nearby on surrounding streets.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber von Aldi, nur 5 Gehminuten von Lidl und 12 Gehminuten von REWE und Netto entfernt. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist gleich um die Ecke. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Gebäude, und sowohl die S-Bahn als auch die U-Bahn sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Annehmlichkeiten befinden sich in den umliegenden Straßen.
The room is fully furnished and includes an Ikea bed (140x200) with two storage drawers, a mattress, a topper, two Ikea nightstands, a small Ikea table, an Ikea wardrobe with a mirror, a desk with a small shelf, a chair, two Ikea floor lamps, curtains, a carpet and a clothes hanger. All furniture was purchased less than a year ago and is in perfect condition. The new tenant must take over the furniture for 750 EUR.
