Ich bin Andrea und suche einen neuen Mitbewohner, weil mein Freund Gabriele leider im Dezember auszieht.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer (noch unmöbliert), eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Wir sind im ersten Stock, und es gibt einen schönen Garten, der perfekt für Gartenarbeit ist. Außerdem ist es fahrradfreundlich, falls du gerne radelst!
Ein bisschen zu mir: Ich bin 32 Jahre alt und komme aus Sardinien, Italien. Anfang dieses Jahres bin ich nach Berlin gezogen, nachdem ich vier Jahre in Stuttgart gelebt habe. Momentan arbeite ich an meiner Doktorarbeit, und in meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, zeichne, gärtnere, koche und erkunde die Stadt mit Freunden.
Ich lege großen Wert auf gute Kommunikation in einer WG und würde mich freuen, Zeit miteinander zu verbringen—sei es beim gemeinsamen Kochen, einem Drink oder einfach nur bei netten Gesprächen.
Gabriele ist bereit, einige Möbel zu einem fairen Preis im Zimmer zu lassen (nur die Matratze wird nicht verfügbar sein).

I’m Andrea, and I’m looking for a new flatmate because my friend Gabriele is sadly moving out in December.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room (still unfurnished), a kitchen, and a bathroom. We’re on the first floor, and there’s a lovely backyard perfect for gardening. It’s also bike-friendly if you like cycling!
A little about me: I’m 32 and from Sardegna, Italy. I moved to Berlin earlier this year after spending four years in Stuttgart. I’m currently working on my PhD thesis, and in my free time, I enjoy sports, drawing, gardening, cooking, and exploring the city with friends.
I really value good communication in a shared living space and would love to hang out—whether that’s cooking together, grabbing a drink, or just having some good chats.
Gabriele is open to leaving some furniture in the room for a fair price (just the mattress won’t be available).
