I'm out of my room for 1.5 month for concerts and holidays.

The room is spacious, quiet, very bright and faces a large schoolyard - so there is no street noise but only the occasional noise of a grammar school playground during the week... but the children are not really disturbing (too) loud.

! The rent can be split depending on how long you want to stay. Minimum 3 weeks !

Elbestrasse is one of the cutest street in Neukolln, 2 blocks away from the Kanal, super close to Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx-strasse and Weserstrasse. Access to bars (From Ä to TIER and Sisyfass), restaurants, Ubahn, buses within 5-10 minutes walk.

The three other persons sharing the flat are all really nice and chill. They do Berlin jobs, such as DJ, painters, architects... The flat is really big and has two floors. We can barely hear the other persons, but meet sometimes in the kitchen, cook together or have a drink.

Consideration for each other is important to us and there's generally a very relaxed vibe in the apartment... we don't really party in the flat share, for example, but rather outside when we do. So definitely not a party flat share, if only because we travel a lot for work... but of course we like to go out and have fun at the weekend.

The one 'downside' of the apartment is probably that there's only one bathroom... but experience has shown that it's actually very OK for us and not that annoying.
