Wir suchen für unsere 3er WG eine offene, liebenswerte und zuverlässige Person als Zwischenmieter*in für den Zeitraum von Januar bis Ende April 2025.
Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß und voll möbliert mit hoher Decke, Dielenboden und einem hellen Fenster zum Süd-Osten. Die Miete beträgt 380 Euro warm (Strom, Internet und GEZ inklusive). Anmeldung ist für den kurzen Zeitraum leider nicht möglich. Wir wohnen in einer Altbau-Wohnung (82 m²) mit modernem Bad und einer voll ausgestatten Küche.

We are looking for an open, friendly and reliable person as an interim tenant for our 3-person shared flat for the period from January to the end of April 2025.
The room is 12 m² and fully furnished with a high ceiling and a bright window facing south-east. The rent is 380 euros warm (electricity, internet and GEZ included). Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible for this short period.
We live in an apartment in an old building (82 m²) with a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Unsere WG ist sehr ruhig gelegen zwischen Kanal und Sonnenallee auf Höhe des Hertzbergplatzes. In direkter Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Cafés und Bars. Zur S Sonnenallee oder U Karl-Marx-Straße sind es gut 12 Minuten zu Fuß, der M41 Bus hält vor der Haustür.

Our shared flat is in a very quiet location between the canal and Sonnenallee near Hertzbergplatz. There are many nice cafés and bars in the immediate vicinity. It's a good 12-minute walk to S Sonnenallee or U Karl-Marx-Straße, and the M41 bus stops right outside the front door.
Hier ein paar Worte zu uns:
Maca (28): Ich bin Grafikdesignerin und wenn ich nicht an meinem Schreibtisch an neuen Layouts arbeite, koche ich gerne asiatische Gerichte, gehe in gemütliche Bars oder am Kanal joggen. Wir werden uns gut verstehen, wenn du dich für Queerfeminismus, ein ordentliches und respektvolles Zusammenleben und spontane Späti-Biere begeistern kannst.
Lennart (30): Ich arbeite als Lehrer für Politik, Geschichte und Sport. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich am liebsten in kleine Programmkinos und liebe es danach über die Filme zu diskutieren. Bei gutem Wetter findest du mich auf dem Basketball-Platz oder bei einer Runde Tischtennis. Ich habe lange Bildungsarbeit gegen Rechtsextremismus gemacht und mir ist es wichtig, dass im Zusammenleben demokratische Grundwerte geteilt werden.
Wir wohnen schon lange und gerne zusammen. Das heißt wir verbringen immer mal Zeit zusammen bei einem Kaffee oder einem Abendessen in der WG-Küche oder holen uns beim Späti was zu trinken. Im Alltag haben wir aber alle unseren eigenen Rhythmus, weshalb wir in der Regel für uns selbst einkaufen und kochen. Wir arbeiten beide in Vollzeit und müssen unter Woche teilweise sehr früh aufstehen. Wir sprechen meistens einen Mix aus Englisch und Deutsch. Uns ist es sehr wichtig auf Sauberkeit zu achten und dass dabei jeder eigenverantwortlich seinen Beitrag leistet, damit sich alle in der Wohnung wohlfühlen können.

Here are a few words about us:
Maca (28): I do visual design. When I’m not on my desk aligning layouts I like to cook Asian dishes, visiting cozy bars around or running long distances. If you are into queer-feminism, clean&tidy spaces and spontaneous beers, we will get along really well!
Lennart (30): I work as a teacher of politics, history and sports. In my free time, I like to go to small arthouse cinemas and love to discuss the movies afterwards. When the weather is good, you can find me on the basketball court or playing table tennis. I've been doing educational work against right-wing extremism for a long time and it's important to me that we have a mutual understanding of democratic values living together.
We've lived together for a long time and enjoy living together. That means we always spend time together over a coffee or dinner in the shared kitchen or get something to drink at the Späti. In everyday life, however, we all have our own rhythm, which is why we usually do our own shopping and cooking. We both work full-time and sometimes have to get up very early during the week. We usually speak a mix of English and German. It's very important to us to pay attention to cleanliness and that everyone does their own bit to make sure everyone feels comfortable in the apartment.
