Entspannte Studenten-WG sucht Zuwachs

Das Zimmer liegt in der Warthestraße, also super praktisch, wenn du schnell irgendwo hinmusst. Die Ringbahn ist quasi um die Ecke – in 5 bis 10 Minuten bist du an den nächsten Öffis (U Hermannstraße & U Leinestraße).

Zum Tempelhofer Feld brauchst du nur 10 Minuten, perfekt für Spaziergänge, Sport oder einfach zum Chillen. Der Schillerkiez ist auch direkt in der Nähe, falls du Bock auf Cafés, Bars oder Trubel hast.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spätis, Friseure, Imbisse, Dönerbuden, Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen gibt’s hier an jeder Ecke – du musst also nicht weit laufen, um alles zu finden, was du brauchst.

Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig, da sie in einer Seitenstraße liegt und sich im 4. OG im Seitenhaus befindet.



The room is located on Warthestraße, making it super convenient if you need to get around quickly. The Ringbahn is just around the corner – you can reach the nearest public transport stops (U Hermannstraße & U Leinestraße) in 5 to 10 minutes.

Tempelhofer Feld is only 10 minutes away, perfect for walks, sports, or just relaxing. Schillerkiez is also nearby if you’re into cafés, bars, or a more lively atmosphere.

You’ll find everything you need right around the corner – supermarkets, late-night shops, barbers, takeaways, döner spots, restaurants, bars, and pubs. No need to go far for anything.

Despite the central location, the apartment itself is nice and quiet since it’s in a side street and on the 4th floor in the rear building.

Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Leon, noch recht frisch 24 und studiere Jura an der FU Berlin. Ursprünglich komm ich aus Vechta, bin aber in Hamburg aufgewachsen. Im September 2023 bin ich dann von Hamburg nach Berlin gezogen. Abseits des Studiums mach ich gern was mit Freunden, geh feiern oder erkunde einfach Berlin (hier gibt’s ja auch ziemlich viel zu erkunden). Ich hab ne große Leidenschaft für Film & Musik ( HipHop&EDM ist meine Welt ), steh auf Fußball, geh ab und an mal ins John Reed / McFit (was hier auch ganz in der Nähe ist) und ich lieb’s, auf Festivals zu gehen. Reisen ist auch mal ganz cool. In den Semesterferien – und auch sonst, wenn ich mal Zeit hab – bin ich auch mal ganz gern in der Heimat, weshalb du die Wohnung auch mal für dich haben wirst.

Zum WG-Leben: Ich bin eigentlich ganz entspannt, was das betrifft. Ich find’s gut, wenn die Wohnung sauber und aufgeräumt ist, aber ich hab auch keine Lust, immer alles direkt sauber zu machen. Einen Putzfimmel hab ich also nicht, ganz egal ist es mir aber auch nicht, wie die Wohnung aussieht. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und ggf. auch ein Putzplan wären also passend.

Ansonsten freu ich mich, wenn man gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie z. B. ins Kino oder auf ne Ausstellung / ins Museum gehen, Flohmärkte oder einfach um die Häuser ziehen miteinander starten kann. Privatsphäre und dass man sich füreinander genug Freiraum lässt, ist aber auch wichtig. Alles kann, nichts muss. Ein Nur-neben-sich-Herleben wär aber auch uncool.

Mir ist gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme wichtig (also dass man z. B. nicht an nem Montag um 3 Uhr nachts Party macht, während der andere am nächsten Tag früh aufstehen muss) und dass man absolut offen und ehrlich miteinander kommunizieren kann.

Partys kommen auch mal ab und zu vor, aber wenn dann eher am Wochenende oder in den Semesterferien. Kann dementsprechend auch mal sein, dass Gäste (z. B. Freunde aus der Heimat) hier sein werden. Sprich, wenn du auch mal Gäste einladen oder ne Party schmeißen willst, wär das für mich auch kein Thema – vorausgesetzt, man sagt halt kurz Bescheid.

Allgemein kann man sagen, dass das WG-Leben auf Augenhöhe beruhen sollte. Gegenseitiger Respekt, Rücksichtnahme und ein offenes Miteinander sind dafür einfach wichtig.

Was cool wäre, wäre wenn wir einen ähnlichen Lebensalltag haben. Sprich dass du auch zur Uni gehst, wir vielleicht sogar ähnliche Hobbys haben, und am besten halt auch nen ähnlichen Vibe.

Und was noch wichtig ist, es gibt kein Wohnzimmer. Deshalb dienen als Gemeinschaftsräume die Küche, die üblichen Flurgespräche und ggf. auch mein Zimmer, da dieses ursprünglich ohnehin das Wohnzimmer war.

Außerdem, die WG ist kein Platz für Menschen mit fremdenfeindlichen Gedanken jeglicher Art. Ich kann überhaupt nicht damit, wenn jemand rassistisch, sexistisch, homophob oder sonstiges ist.



A bit about me:
I’m Leon, recently turned 24, and I’m studying law at FU Berlin. I’m originally from Vechta but grew up in Hamburg. In September 2023, I moved from Hamburg to Berlin. Outside of my studies, I love hanging out with friends, going out, or just exploring the city—there’s always something new to discover. I have a big passion for film & music (Hip-Hop & EDM are my thing), I’m into football, and I hit the gym (John Reed / McFit) every now and then, which is conveniently close by. Festivals are a huge part of my life, and I enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance. During semester breaks—or whenever I have time—I like to visit my hometown, so you’ll have the apartment to yourself every now and then.

About WG life:
I’m pretty chill when it comes to shared living. I like having a clean and tidy apartment, but I don’t expect everything to be spotless all the time. I’m definitely not a clean freak, but I also don’t want to live in a mess. So, a bit of mutual consideration and maybe even a cleaning schedule would make sense.

I enjoy doing things together, like going to the movies, checking out exhibitions or museums, hitting up flea markets, or just wandering around the city. But at the same time, I value privacy and personal space—everything should be relaxed, no pressure. That being said, I wouldn’t want us to just live next to each other without any interaction.

Respect and consideration are super important to me (so, for example, no partying at 3 AM on a Monday if the other person has to wake up early the next day). Open and honest communication is key.

Parties happen every now and then, but mostly on weekends or during semester breaks. Sometimes, friends from back home might stay over. If you also want to invite people or throw a party, that’s totally fine with me—just give me a heads-up.

Overall, I think WG life should be based on mutual respect, consideration, and an open, friendly atmosphere.

It would be great if we had a similar daily routine—like if you also go to university, maybe share some common interests, and overall have a similar vibe.

One important thing to mention: There’s no living room. So, shared spaces are mainly the kitchen, casual chats in the hallway, and sometimes even my room, since it was originally meant to be the living room.

And lastly, this WG is not a place for people with racist, sexist, homophobic, or any other discriminatory views. I have zero tolerance for that kind of mindset.
