Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin ab 1. Mai oder ab 15. April 2025 für ein helles und möbliertes WG-Zimmer (20m2). Es gibt schon im Zimmer 2 Regalen, ein Büro, ein Stuhl und ein Sofa-Bett (es bleibt Flexibel wenn du Möbeln hast). Das Foto zeigt ein Bett aber anstatt wird dem Sofa-Bett.
Die Wohnung liegt im derzeit angesagtesten Bezirk der Stadt, Neukölln im 4. Stock eines schönes Altbaus vom Rixdorf mit Balkon. Sie war komplett vor 11 Jahren renoviert, wie das Gebaüde.
Zum Shopping auf der Karl Marx Str. in 5 min erreichbar, 10 min zum Tempelhofer Flugfeld und 2 Min zum Richardplatz.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-7 Linie und S-Bahn (Ring) Neukölln,wo du eine perfekte Verbindung zu den umliegenden Bezirken in Berlin hast.
Ich bin eine freiberufliche deutsch-französische Illustratorin und Malerin . Ich arbeite meistens zu Hause oder im dem Werkstatt in Wedding.
Ich möchte eine Mitbewohnerin, die schon eine Arbeit ausser der Wohnung hat. Also nicht im Home Office.

I am a freelance German-French illustrator and painter. I work mostly at home or in my studio in Wedding.
I would like a flatmate who already has a job outside the apartment. So not in the home office.
