The room is partly furnished with a Hochbett, (Mezzanine with a bed) a desk and shelves, mirror, & drying rack.
We're a friendly bunch, always happy to have little kitchen chats and hang outs.
It's a ground floor Altbau flat in Neukölln with 4 meter high ceilings and a lovely big south facing sunny terrace. The scaffolding and building stuff from the photos on the terrace has all been removed.
We stick to a basic cleaning schedule in the flat, a cleaner also comes once a month for a more through job but just in the shared areas.
The flat is on Treptower Straße (super quiet) just off Sonnenallee, there are plenty of cafes & restaurants in the area and some nice walks through Rixdorf. It's 3 bus stops from S bahn Sonnenallee and a 10 min walk to U7 Karl-Marx-Straße.
It has wooden flooring throughout, some of which is newly sanded and waxed, one room has the lovely altbau decoration (stucco) on the ceiling and both rooms are street facing with new large sound proof windows.
I'm Ross - 38, I'm from the UK and I make electronic music (quietly) and I work as a sound technician in various Berlin clubs.
Alex (30) is currently a care-worker and is studying for her Masters.
We also have fast & stable WiFi with a hefty router, has been great for our WG needs :)
