Es handelt sich um ein kleines aber feines Zimmer in einer Altbau Wohnung. Küche und Bad werden geteilt genutzt. Unser aktueller Mitbewohner nimmt voraussichtlich alle seine Möbel mit aber eine Matratze wird auf jeden Fall da sein.
Wir haben schon jemanden ab September, deswegen ist eine längere Miete leider nicht möglich.

This is a small but nice room in an Altbau. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Our current flatmate will probably take all his furniture with him, but there will definitely be a mattress.
We already have someone moving in from September, so a longer tenancy is not possible unfortunately.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten Fußweg zu S+U Hermannstraße. Die Verkehrsanbindung von da ist super.
Wir wohnen im EG und das Zimmerfenster zeigt in den Hinterhof, ist relativ ruhig.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from the station S+U Hermannstraße. The transport links from there are awesome.
We live on the ground floor and the room window faces the backyard, which is relatively quiet.
Wir drei wohnen hier seit Oktober 2022 und haben die WG neu gegründet. Hier wohnen nun Emilia, Lea und Hannah. Wir studieren alle an der HU.
Da Semesterferien sein werden sind wir mal mehr mal weniger da, freuen uns aber auf dich und sind offen für gemeinsame WG Tätigkeiten:)

The threeof us (Emilia, Lea and Hannah) have been living here since October 2022 and have newly formed the flat share. We're all studying at the Humboldt-University of Berlin (HU).
Since there will be semester break in August, we will be here sometimes less, sometimes more, but we are looking forward to seeing you and are open for joint flat-sharing activities :)
