Hey, ich verlasse die WG befristet und suche deshalb eine Untermieterin. Voraussichtlich handelt es sich um ein Jahr, ggf. länger oder etwas kürzer. Melde dich aich gerne wenn du nur für ein paar Monate suchst.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbiliert und die WG ist allgemein voll ausgestattet. Wir wohnen hier seit über zwei Jahren und haben die Wohnung damals renoviert etc.
Falls du bestimmte Möbel nicht möchtest können wir eine Lösung finden.
Anmeldung ist theoretisch möglich, jedoch möchte unsere Hausverwaltung dafür 50€/Monat.

Hey, I'm leaving the shared flat for a limited period and am therefore looking for a subtenant. It will probably be for a year, possibly longer or a little shorter. Feel free to contact me if you are only looking for a few months.
The room is fully furnished and the flat share is generally fully equipped. We have been living here for over two years and have renovated the apartment at that time.
If you don't want certain furniture, we can find a solution.
Registration is theoretically possible, but our property management wants €50/month for this.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten Fußweg zu S+U Hermannstraße. Die Verkehrsanbindung von da ist super.
Wir wohnen im EG und das Zimmerfenster zeigt auf die Straße, es ist aber nicht besonders laut.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from the station S+U Hermannstraße. The transport links from there are awesome.
We live on the ground floor and the room window faces the street, but it's not too noisy.
Hier wohnen Emilia (24), Lea (23) und Kevin (25). Wir studieren alle an der HU. Allgemein leben wir in einem freundschaftlichen Verhältnis und machen ab und an schöne WG Abende. Manchmal schaffen wir es auch nicht, doch wir sind offen für gemeinsame WG Aktivitäten:)

Emilia (24), Lea (23) and Kevin (25) live here. We all study at the HU. In general, we live in a friendly relationship and have nice evenings in the shared flat from time to time. Sometimes we don't make it, but we are open to shared flat-sharing activities:)
