Ich werde im Januar auf Reisen sein und würde gerne in der Zwischenzeit den leeren Spot in der WG füllen.
Wir sind zu dritt, alles in allem ist es eine sehr entspannte WG. Ab und zu schauen wir Filme oder kochen gemeinsam, es kann aber auch jeder in Ruhe sein eigenes Ding machen.
Mein Zimmer ist das größte in der WG (ca. 25qm), hat ein großes Bett und einen Schreibtisch mit Drucker, Wifi, diverse Pflanzen (wäre schön wenn du denen ab und zu ein bisschen Wasser gibst). Außerdem gibt es ein Durchgangszimmer mit großem Fernseher, und einen großen Balkon.
Unsere Wohnung ist im 5. Stock; zwar direkt an der Hermannstraße, aber das Zimmer geht nach hinten raus und ist entsprechend ruhiger.
Die U-Bahn Boddinstraße ist fast vor der Tür, Hermannplatz ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Tempelhofer Feld und Hasenheide sind super nah dran, und natürlich der Schillerkiez mit diversen Restaurants, Bars und Cafés.
Frag gerne nach, wenn du noch mehr Infos brauchst :) Du könntest auch gerne persönlich vorbeischauen und die Wohnung besichtigen, oder ich gebe eine Tour per Zoom Call.
Da ich noch kein genaues Rückflugdatum habe könnte das Zimmer auch ein paar Tage länger sein. Falls es dir hilft, lass uns das als Option gerne vormerken.

As I'll be out of Germany for the entire Janaury (leaving end of Dec), I'm subletting my room. I live here with 2 house mates & it's all very chill and easy.
The room is quite large, furnished with a big bed, desk, printer, wifi. Also a bunch of plabts, so if you know how to water them that’s a big plus. Next to my room there's kind of a living room, plus a big balcony.
The location is next to U-Bahn Boddinstr., Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld are easy to walk to.
If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask - ideally you’re in Berlin around 19.-21.12. to visit the apartment and meet the flatmates.
