Die ganze Wohnung ist 70 Quadratmeter groß mit einer großen Wohnkuchen mit sehr gemütlichem Sofa. Das (Schlaf-)Zimmer ist 18 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über ein gemütliches Wand-Bett, dass tagsüber, für optimale Nutzung des Raumes, hochgeklappt werden kann. Es hat einen Balkon und Klavier! Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus, 1.OG ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegenen in der Nähe der Gleimstraße.
Alle Annehmlichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs, von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis hin zu Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, der Mauerpark ist in 2 Minuten fußläufig entfert...
Die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ermöglicht eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Erkundung des schönen Prenzlauer Bergs.
Meine Frau und ich sind arbeitsbedingt im Januar und Februar für mehrere Wochen unterwegs. Daher kann das Zimmer idealerweise vom 31.12.24 - 01.03.2025 gemietet werden - wir sind jedoch auch zeitlich flexibel und können uns nach Euch richten :)

The whole apartment is 70 square meters with a large living room with a very comfortable sofa. The (bedroom) room is 18 square meters and has a comfortable wall bed that can be folded up during the day for optimal use of the space. It has a balcony and piano! The apartment is located in the rear building, 1st floor is very quiet and yet centrally located near Gleimstrasse.
All amenities for daily needs, from shops to restaurants, cafes and bars, are within easy walking distance, Mauerpark is a 2-minute walk away...
The good connection to public transport enables quick and uncomplicated exploration of the beautiful Prenzlauer Berg.
My wife and I are away for several weeks in January for work reasons. Therefore, the room can ideally be rented from December 31th, 2024 - March 1st, 2025 - but we are also flexible in terms of time and can adapt to your needs :)

Unsere sehr ruhige Straße gehört zum Gleimkiez. Viele Cafés und Restaurants aus aller Welt gibt hier und der stadtbekannte Mauerpark ist nur eine Straße entfernt. Der S-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee ist in etwa 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen, wie auch die Schönhauser Allee Arcaden und mehrere Supermärkte.
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im Hinterhaus (1.Stock), hat drei 3 Zimmer, Badewanne und Balkon. Zum kochen darf gerne alles genutzt werden was vorhanden ist - auch das Klavier darf gespielt werden! :)

Mein Mann und ich sind beide Künstler und sind im Januar aber gar nicht da, was bedeutet, dass du die ganze Wohnung praktisch für dich alleine hast. Ab und an werden vielleicht Freunde aus dem Ausland bei uns übernachten und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche (Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad) mit benutzen :)
