Der Raum ist groß und ziemlich hell, die Wände sind in einem netten blau gestrichen sowie mit Stück an der Decke. Im Zimmer ist Dielenboden ausgelegt. Jeder Raum hat schöne Altbautüren und auch alte schöne Holztüren. Der Balkon ist mit zwei entzückenden Klappstühlen und einem Klapptisch bestückt. Eine extra Matratze befindet sich unter dem Bett. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Bad.

The room ist big and bright, the walls are painted in light blue with
stucco on the ceiling. The floor is out of wood. It has a great old Berlin building charme.
Also the little cute balcony is funitured with two cute chairs and a table.
A extra mattress is under the bed. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
In einer Gehminute erreicht man den S und U-Bahnhof Pankwo mit S-Bahn S-2, S-8,S-9; U-Bahn U-2;Tram M1, M 50 und zahlreichen Bussen 255, 250, 107, x54....
Man erreicht in 10 Minuten mit der U-2 den Alexanderplatz und die Friedrichstraße mit der S-2 in 15 Minuten.
Am S-Bahnhof befindet sich direkt EDEKA und unserer Straße Lidl und Penny.
Unten im Haus gibt es ein sehr nettes Cafe namens Cafe Jamino und in der Nähe befinden sich Bars und Restaurant.

In one walking minute you reach the S and U-train station Pankow. There are S-trains S-2, S-9, S-8; underground U-2; tram M1, M50 and a lot of busses 255, 250,107, x54....
Alexanderplatz you reach in 10 minutes by underground U-2 and Friedrichstraße in 15 minutes by S-train S-2.
Directly at the S-train station Pankow is the supermarket EDEKA and in our street is Lidl and Penny.
Down stairs in the house is a very nice cafe called cafe Jasmino. Near by are also resaturant and bars.

mein Name ist Alexandra, ich bin 26 Jahre alt und studiere an der Humboldt Universität zu Berlin Psychologie. Nebenbei habe ich meine eigene Firma und gehe wenn ich Zeit habe sehr gerne im Schlosspark joggen. Ich steh total auf Swing tanzen, 60iger Rock und auf Rock n Roll. Elektroswing ist auch sehr nett sowie Tango tanzen. Bin da auch Clubtechnisch nen Spezi. Ich bin freundlich, aufgeschlossen und sauber. Bin auch gerne zu Unterhaltungen aufgelegt, lassen aber auch sehr viel Freiraum. Bitte nur auf dem Balkon rauchen.

Love jogging in Schlosspark and have my own company.
Also really like swing dancing,60th Rock and Rock n Roll music. Electro swing and tango dancing is also great. I am friendly, open- mineded, clean, like conversations and also give free space. Smoking just on the balcony please.
Die Eberswalder könnt ihr in 7 Minuten mit der u-2 erriechen.
Dort gibt es viele nette Bars und Restaurant die richtig rocken. Nur eine Sation entfernt gibt es Emils Biergarten...man kann auch hin laufen. Ihr könnt auch gerne ein Fahrrad zu der Wohnung mit mieten( keine Extrakosten außer selbstverschuldete Reparaturen)
Falls ihr Fragen habt meldet euch gerne.
Ich bin bevorzugt Abends zu erreichen so ab 20.00 uhr.

The Eberswalder Straße you can reach by u-2 in 7 minutes. There are a lot of nice bars and restaurant whick really rocks. One station far is Emils beergarden..you could also walk there. You can also rent a bycicle the my flat( no extra cost, just reparing it when you broke it). Let me know if you need it.
