Hey,
wir suchen eine*n Untermieter*in zwischen Anfang März und Ende Juni.

Clara wird den März im Ausland verbringen und möchte ihr Zimmer daher für die Zeit untervermieten.
Danach geht Fabian 3 Monate von April bis Ende Juni ins Auslandspraktikum.

Da unsere Zimmer beide 15-16 m2 groß und vollständig möbliert sind, dachten wir, dass es sich anbietet für den gesamten Zeitraum unterzuvermieten, damit die Miete etwas längerfristig ist.

Die Warmmiete für Claras Zimmer beträgt 505 Euro und die für Fabians 450 Euro.

Hey,
We are looking for a subtenant between the beginning of March and the end of June.

Clara will be spending March abroad and would therefore like to sublet her room for this period.
After that, Fabian will be doing an internship abroad for 3 months from April to the end of June.

As our rooms are both 15-16 m2 and fully furnished, we thought it would be a good idea to sublet for the whole period so that the rent is a bit longer term.

The rent for Clara's room is 505 euros and for Fabian's 450 euros.

Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch super angebunden, in 5 Minuten erreicht man den S-Bahnhof Greifswalder Straße und damit die Ringbahn (und weitere). Außerdem erreicht man auf dem selben Weg die Tramstation, von wo die M4 in Richtung Mitte (Alexanderplatz) fährt. Mit der Tram und dem Fahrrad ist man sehr schnell im etwas szenigeren Teil vom Prenzlauer Berg und auch in Friedrichshain. Auch den Volkspark Friedrichshain erreicht man schnell, welcher super zum Joggen oder Entspannen einlädt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit einigen Supermärkten in der Nähe, man muss sich allerdings darauf einstellen, dass die nahgelegene S-Bahn zu hören ist.

The flat is very well connected in terms of transport, in 5 minutes you can reach the Greifswalder Straße S-Bahn station and thus the Ringbahn (and others). You can also reach the tram station on the same route, from where the M4 runs in the direction of Mitte (Alexanderplatz). By tram and bike, you can quickly reach the more trendy part of Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain. The Volkspark Friedrichshain can also be reached quickly, which is great for jogging or relaxing. The flat is located in a quiet residential area with a few supermarkets nearby, but you have to be prepared to hear the nearby S-Bahn.

Wir sind Fabian, Clara und Chiara.

Chiara (26) würde über den gesamten Zeitraum in der WG bleiben. Sie macht gerade ihren Master in Sozialwissenschaften.

Clara (24) ist ab April wieder in der WG und macht ihren Master in Lateinamerikastudien an der FU.

Fabi (25), mit dem du im März zusammen wohnen würdest, hat seinen Master gerade abgeschlossen und ist dabei sich auf PhDs im Bereich Politikwissenschaft zu bewerben.

Für uns alle gilt, dass wir an den Wochenenden gerne mit Freunden unterwegs sind . Unter der Woche gehen wir dem Studium und der Arbeit nach, machen Sport, kochen, etc.. Ansonsten schätzen wir den gegenseitigen Austausch und das harmonische Zusammenleben sehr. Da die Wohnung auch nicht die größte ist, ist es uns auch wichtig, dass man Rücksicht aufeinander nimmt und sich jeder in der Wohnung wohl fühlt. Es handelt sich also nicht um eine Zweck-WG.

We are Fabian, Clara and Chiara.

Chiara (26) would stay in the shared flat for the entire period. She is currently doing her Master's in Social Sciences.

Clara (24) will be back in the shared flat from April and is doing her Master's in Latin American Studies at the FU.

Fabi (25), who you would be living with in March, has just completed his Master's degree and is in the process of applying for PhDs in political science.

We all like to go out with friends at the weekends. During the week, we pursue our studies and work, do sports, cook, etc.. Apart from that, we really appreciate the mutual exchange and harmonious coexistence. As the apartment isn't the biggest, it's also important to us that we show consideration for each other and that everyone feels comfortable in the apartment. So it's not a purpose-built flat share.

Bitte schreib gerne ein paar kurze Sätze zu dir, woher du kommst, wie alt du bist, Hobbies, was du aktuell machst und was für dich in einem gemeinsamen WG-Leben wichtig ist.
