Hi! Me and my flatmate are both going home for Christmas so our 2er-WG will be free for this winter till February. The dates are pretty flexible: I’m away from 5.Dec to 5.Feb and my flatmate is already away till 17.Feb, we can adjust if you want to move in a bit earlier or leave later. Feel free if you want to move in together with a friend or on your own (we’ll find someone else to take the other room).
The bigger room is approx. 20 sqm and smaller room 15 sqm, the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, the bathroom is clean and new with a bathtub.
The flat is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg with a bus stop right at doorstep and M10 only 3 min walk away.
The flat as a whole costs 1500/month and bigger room 800/month, smaller room 700/month. Prices are negotiable though!
