Ich muss aus beruflichen Gründen kurzfristig mein schönes Zimmer verlassen und würde mich sehr freuen, es jemandem anzubieten, der für den Zeitraum etwas sucht. Gerne können wir, wenn alles stimmt, den Zeitraum verlängern.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und liegt direkt an der Pappelallee. Das Zimmer zeigt zum Innenhof und das Haus befindet sich in einer verkehrsberuhigten Nebenstrasse. Zur Schönhauser Allee, Prenzlauer Allee oder Eberswalder Strasse sind es je 7 Minuten. Zum Alexanderplatz 15 (Tram).
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Remote Work setup mit Steh-Sitz Tisch, ergonomischem Stuhl und eine brandneue Taschenfederkernmatratze (Rechnung vorhanden). Da zunächst eine Untermiete nur zeitlich limitiert ist, muss keine Ablösesumme für die Möbel gezahlt werden.

I have to leave my beautiful room at short notice for professional reasons and would be very happy to offer it to someone who is looking for something for the period. We can extend the period if everything is right.
The flat is furnished and is located directly on Pappelallee. The room faces the inner courtyard and the house is located in a traffic-calmed side street. Schönhauser Allee, Prenzlauer Allee and Eberswalder Strasse are each 7 minutes away. To Alexanderplatz 15 (tram).
The room has a remote work setup with a sit-stand table, ergonomic chair and a brand new pocket spring mattress (invoice available). As the sublet is initially only for a limited period of time, there is no transfer fee for the furniture.

Wir wohnen zu zweit als berufstätige am Ende unseres Studiums. Ich bin Medizinstudent und mein Mitbewohner ist Jurist.
