ich vermiete vom ab 1. Januar oder Februar 2025 für mindestens 12 Monate 2 ZIMMER (20+14 m2) in meiner wunderschönen Altbauwohnung in der Metzer Straße (5 Minuten vom Alex) mit Südbalkon unter, von dem Du idyllisch in den Hof der Bötzowbrauerei schaust. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof, die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, es gibt eine gemütliche Wohnküche, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine (es sind allerdings nicht mehr alle Möbel auf den Fotos vorhanden).
In einem der Zimmer gibt es auch ein Klavier, falls Du spielen kannst.
Der Preis für die Zimmer ist inkl. aller Nebenkosten (im normalen Verbrauchsbereich, Internet/Telefon kommt extra). Ich wünsche mir eine/n zuverlässige/n UntermieterIn – am liebsten Einzelpersonen, ev. aber auch Paare oder FreundInnen.
Hinweis. Die Vermietung betrifft nur BEIDE ZIMMER in der Wohnung (keine Einzelvermietung!). Ich selbst wohne eigentlich nicht mehr in der Wohnung, daher hast Du (habt Ihr) auch die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad) fast das ganze Jahr zu Deiner (Eurer) exklusiven Verfügung. Ich pendele allerdings alle paar Monate und würde dann wenige Tage im Jahr dort ebenso zwischenübernachten (außerhalb der vermieteten Zimmer). Alle Details dann gern persönlich. From February 1st, 2025, I am renting out 2 ROOMS in my beautiful old building apartment on Metzer Strasse (5 minutes from Alex) with a south-facing balcony, from which you have an idyllic view of the courtyard of the Bötzow brewery. The apartment is in the back courtyard, the apartment is partially furnished, there is a cozy kitchen-living room, a large bathroom with bathtub, washing machine (although not all of the furniture in the photos is there).
There is also a piano in one of the rooms if you can play.
The price for the rooms includes all additional costs (in the normal consumption range, internet/telephone is extra). I would like to rent to one reliable subtenant, possibly also couples or friends.
Please note: The rental only applies to BOTH ROOMS in the apartment (no rental of only one room!). I don't actually live in the apartment anymore, so you have the common rooms (kitchen, bathroom) at your exclusive disposal almost all year round. However, I commute every few months and would like to stay there a few days a year (outside the rented rooms). I would be happy to discuss all the details in person. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Die Metzer Straße ist eine schöne alte Allee mit Mittelstreifen und Pflastersteinen und verläuft von der Prenzlauer Allee zum Senefelder Platz. In 5 Minuten Fußweg fährt die M2 zum Alex (3 Haltestellen), in 8 Minuten Fußweg die U2. Im Innenhof des Hauses gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit Bänken.
Ich lebe nicht mehr hier und bin nur wenige Tage im Jahr vor Ort.
