The room is small and cosy. for a single person only for few months, if it goes well long term would be desirable.
The apartment is an older style Berlin apartment with high ceilings, wooden floors etc. The apartment is quite simple and not fancy. We are looking for a quiet person who works full time away from the home. We both work from home and it becomes too full if another works from home or studies from home also. Someone working away from the house is important to us.
It's a beautiful cosy room with a pleasant feel and the neighbourhood is very pretty.
If you can write in English it would be helpful.
The apartment is in one of the prettiest part of Berlin, cobbled streets, pleasant cafes and great little restaurants are all close by. Pubs, döner and kebab shops very close also.
No anmeldung. Its pretty easy going here the room is furnished with everything you need. We are looking for someone quiet and considerate and tidies up after themselves. Washes up after they cook and does the small things that keeps the home pleasant for all. The room isn't big enough to have people staying over and there are plenty of cafes nearby to meet friends at. We don't zo ialixe in the apartment because it's a home environment. We are easy going and friendly. Room is for a single person only.
Kollwitz kietz = great cafes, beautiful tree lined streets, peaceful area. If you are a drummer who practices at home or someone who make a lot of noise this room wont be suitable for you. Peace and quiet is important to us. Please feel free to ask any questions. Dishwasher - bathtub - washing machine - pots and pans, dishes, cups, plates cutlery etc etc. It's pretty much all here that you need.
