ich suche eine(n) Untermieter(in) für dieses schöne, frisch renovierte und vollmöblierte Altbauzimmer, das zum Innenhof (kein Straßenlärm) zeigt. Die Mietdauer ist flexibel.
Wenn das Zusammenwohnen passt, kann es auch länger als zwei Monate sein.
Im Zimmer enthalten ist....
- ein großes Bett (1,40x2,00m) mit einer guten sauberen orthopädischen Matratze
- ein Sofa
- ein vintage Schrank
- ein Spiegel
- eine kleine Garderobe mit Ablage
- eine Halterung für Kleiderbügel
- Bettwäsche und Handtücher, wenn erwünscht
Hier gibt es alles in der Nähe. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Imbissbuden, Cafés, Apotheke, Fahrradgeschäft, Friseur, Copyshop, Ärzte, sogar ein Kampfsportartikelgeschäft und das Golden Glory Gym..... DER NÄCHSTE BADESEE IST AUCH NICHT WEIT!!! :-)
Über mich und das Zusammenwohnen:
Ich bin sehr aktiv mit Arbeit, Sport, Projekten usw. Wenn ich in der Wohnung bin, freue ich mich allerdings sehr über Ruhe. Das heißt Rücksichtnahme (z.B. Türen leise schließen etc.) ist mir sehr wichtig. Sauberkeit (die Wohnung gar nicht erst dreckig werden lassen) und eine aufgeräumte Umgebung ebenfalls. Falls Du Lust hast können wir hin und wieder Sport machen (z.B. Bouldern), gemeinsam essen, raus gehen, Party machen etc. Also, kein Stress, so wie es passt.

shows to the courtyard (no street noise). If the vibes are good, you can even rent the room for longer!!
In the room you´ll have a wide bed 1,40x2,00m with a high quality orthopaedic matress, a vintage cupboard, a couch, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and more... towels and cases for blankets and pillows too if needed.
I am very active with work, sports, projects and more. Consideration and responsibility in the apparment is very important to me. For example closing doors quietly and keeping things clean and tidy.
If you'd like to we can sometimes do sports or whatever together.
