Es wird ein Zimmer frei, da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut geschnitten, bietet genügend Platz für eine schöne Einrichtung. Durch das große Fenster kommt viel Licht und bietet einen Blick ins Grüne. In der ganzen Wohung liegt schöner Holzfußboden.
Mein Zimmer hat auch einen Balkon, den du gerne mitnutzen kannst. Außerdem gibt es eine Spülmaschine und eine Bade/ Duschwanne.

A room will be available soon as my flatmate is moving out. The room has a great layout and offers plenty of space for a nice setup. The large window lets in lots of natural light and provides a view of the greenery. The entire apartment has beautiful wooden flooring.
My room also has a balcony, which you are welcome to use as well.

Die Lage bietet eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß liegt die U8 (Haltestellte Franzneumann Platz), auch Busse fahren dort. In 5 Minuten ist man bei S Gesundbrunnen. Edeka, Netto und Lidl sind auch innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erreichen sowie einige Spätis oder eine Apotheke.
Außerdem ist die Wohung direkt am See und einem Park gelegen. Im Sommer oder Frühjahr wirklich sehr schön :) . Es ist dazu auch sehr ruig.

The location offers excellent public transport connections. The U8 (Franz-Neumann-Platz station) is just a five-minute walk away, and there are also bus lines nearby. You can reach S-Bahn station Gesundbrunnen in just five minutes.
Edeka, Netto, and Lidl are all within a five-minute walk, along with several spätis and a pharmacy.
Additionally, the apartment is located right by a lake and a park, which is especially lovely in spring and summer. It's also a very quiet area. :)

Ich bin Nele, 22 und habe gerade meinen Bachelor in Psychologie gemacht. Bis hinzu meinem Master arbeite ich weiter als Werkstudentin. Ich komme ursprünglich aus der Nähe von Düsseldorf und bin für das Studium nach Berlin gezogen. Ich bin am Wochende meist gerne mit Freunden unterwegs, gehe oft zum Sport und halt arbeiten. Bezüglich des WG-Lebens würde ich super gerne eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre haben und einfach ein ganz harmonisches Zusammenleben. So dass sich jeder wohlfühlt und aufeinander geachtet wird. :)
Ich denke meine Freunde würden mich als empathisch, offen, lustig, fürsorglich und zuvorkommend beschreiben.

Bezüglich aller weiteren Dingen wie Putzen oder ähnliches können wir dann gerne persönlich sprechen, da ich auch auf deine Vorstellungen eingehen möchte. Bisher hat es aber immer sehr gut funktioniert wenn man sich wöchntlich abwechselt.

I'm Nele, 22 years old, and I recently completed my bachelor's degree in psychology. Until I start my master's, I'm working as a student trainee. I'm originally from near Düsseldorf and moved to Berlin for my studies.
On weekends, I love going out with friends, going to the gym, and working. When it comes to living together, I'd love to create a friendly and harmonious atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and looks out for each other. :)

I think my friends would describe me as empathetic, open-minded, funny, caring, and considerate.

As for things like cleaning, we can discuss that in person so we can find a solution that works for both of us. So far, a weekly rotation has worked really well.
