We, your new roommates, are called Fabian and Rebecca. We are professional and have our food point here in Berlin. With regard to our:n new:n roommates:in it is very important to emphasize that we are not interested in a purpose WG. We are both very active, both in the profession and in the private, and are looking for someone who wants to live together.
Those who want to have many conversations - both serious and less serious - will surely feel comfortable here. We do something together from time to time: whether sports, excursions, or a bar/party night. Of course, however, we also need a respectful and trusting coexistence, in which everyone can take their:his free spaces. An important advantage of our large apartment (approximately 100 square meters) is that you can easily withdraw yourself.
A few individual words from us:
Fabian (30):
"I came to Berlin in 2018 to study and work and continue to be a big fan of the capital with its facets from exciting cultural and club life, events, historic places. Since my study period, I have lived in many WGs with a variety of people in Germany and abroad. I like to be among people, like to go out with friends and stay interested in getting to know new people - even if I'm stuck in full-time job as a public sector advisor under the week. I am looking for compensation for work, among others, through sports activities (running, spinning, gym, hiking, spike ball). Otherwise, I am looking forward to funny and annoying talks about politics and events, God and the world and various other topics"
Rebecca (29):
I finally slept into the capital in 2021 after finishing my studies in the middle of the pandemic. My everyday life is similar to Fabians: I work as a consultant in a small agency, text next door as a freelancerin and try to get as much out of my Urbans Sports membership as possible in my spare time or to collect kilometers into my running shoes or the bike. I like to go to the theatre, cinema or to events, host friends for dinner, explore a new city on weekends or just chill with Netflix or a good book on the couch – balance and so on.

We, that's Fabian and Rebecca, are looking for a new flatmate. We work and have our lives and friends here in Berlin and it is important to us to not just live in a flat-share but to really live together.
If you enjoy long conversations, both serious and light-hearted, you'll fit right in. After work, we usually meet in the kitchen or living room and have a nice chat. At weekends, when we are not out in the city, we use the large, bright living room, e.g. for an evening with friends, watching or sports. So we place great value on trust and respect, and making sure there is enough space for all of us. Luckily, with a flat as big as ours (more than 100 square meters), that's quite easy.
Some additional individual words about us:
Fabian (30):
I came to Berlin in 2018 to study and work and I'm still a big fan of the city with its exciting cultural life, events and historical sites. For more than 10 years, I have lived in many shared flats with different people in Germany and abroad. I like being around people, going out with friends and staying curious to meet new people. Despite a sometimes busy full-time job as a consultant for the public sector, I usually find time during the week not only to be social, but to do sports (running, spinning, gym, hiking, spike ball). Otherwise, I'm happy to have funny to nerdy conversations about anything from politics to music to traveling the world and much more...
Rebecca (29):
I moved to Berlin in 2021 after finishing my studies in the middle of the pandemic. My everyday life is similar to Fabian's: I work as a consultant in a small agency, do freelance copywriting on the side and try to get as much out of my Urban Sports membership as possible in my free time. I like going to the theatre, cinema or events, hosting friends for dinner, exploring a new city on the weekend or just chilling on the couch with Netflix or a good book sometimes.

Was treibt dich nach bzw. treibst du in Berlin? Was machst du gerne in deiner Freizeit?

The apartment is - as stated - really big and has been recently rennovated. It has two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub with a shower and one of which has a rainforest shower. Our kitchen is modern and well-equiped. However, the highlight of our flat is the huge and spacious living room. With it‘s many bright windows and several couches and eating arrangements it’s the heart of our flat.
If you‘re looking for a really nice flat with great flatmates, please write us. We can then figure out a way for you to visit the flat and / or get to know you, if necessary, via WhatsappVideo call or Skype. We plan to schedule personal meetings in the coming weeks.
Fabian and Rebecca
P.S.:
Would be great if you write us some words about you, so that we get a good first impression. Why are you in Berlin? What do you like to do in your free time? How do you imagine living in the flat together with us?
Our leaving flatmate paid a proportional deposit of approx. 1700€. We would be happy if you could fill the resulting deposit gap directly when you move in.
