Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Grünen Herzen von Neukölln, ein paar Metern von den Tempelhofer Feld und 7 Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Boddinstraße U8 entfernt. Im Kiez befinden sich leckeren Restaurants, schöne Cafés und super Kneipen. Ein Kiez voller Kultur und Kunst! :)

Our apartment is located in the green heart of Berlin, couple of meters from the Tempelhofer Feld and 7 minutes walk from Boddinstr metro station U8, The Neighborhood is full with cool restaurants, nice cafes and tasty Pub's. A neighborhood full of culture and art!
Da wir eine Berufstätige WG sind wird bei uns nicht groß Party gemacht. Natürlich essen wir auch manchmal gemeinsam und trinken einen Bierchen. Wir versuchen aber meistens jeden Mitbewohner seine Ruhe zu geben und Respekt von den anderen Mitbewohner wird bei uns groß geschrieben.

Since we are a working shared apartment, we don't have big parties. Of course, sometimes we eat together and drink a beer. But we usually try to give each roommate peace and respect from the other roommates is very important to us.
Wie man auch auf die Fotos sieht, ist die ganze Wohnung und die Räumlichkeiten eingerichtet. Daher sollte es auch deine Verantwortung sein die in den selben zustand zurück zu Übergeben. Die meisten unseren Geräte wurden kürzlich gekauft, daher gehen wir nicht davon aus das sie in den nächsten Monaten kaputt gehen. Falls es aber der Fall sein sollten werden die kosten von allen Bewohner gleichmäßig übernommen. Wenn du einziehst wird eine Checkliste mit den wichtigsten Sachen in den Zimmer gemacht. Wir denke, es ist nicht notwendig, es für die ganze Wohnung es zu tun, und wir vertrauen darauf, dass alle in Gemeinschaft und Problemlos leben können. Also mach dir keine Sorgen!!
Ist auch mit Anmeldung aber einen Namen nicht auf den Briefkasten stehen. (Du kannst einfach schreiben C/O und deine Post erhalten). 😁
Die Ausstellung der Kaution wird im ersten Monat bezahlt und Sie wird dann komplett zurück erstattet wenn auch die Betriebskosten des Jahres in dem man auszieht angekommen sind. Wir sprechen es jetzt aus um weitere Probleme in der Zukunft zu vermeiden.

As you can see from the pictures, the whole rooms and the flat is furnished, so that it will be also your responsibility to hand over the house in the same condition. The most of our devices have been recently purchased so we don't expect them to broke in the next months. If that happens the costs of the repair or the purchase of a new one, will be shared true all flatmates in equal parts. When you will move it will be done a checklist of the most important things in the room. I don't think it is necessary to do it for the whole flat and we trust that everyone can live without Problems in community.
we can make you a registration (Anmeldung) but there is not the possibility to put your name on the mailbox. (You can just write C/O and get your mail).
The deposit is paid in the first month and will then be fully refunded once the operating costs for the year in which you move out have also been incurred. We address this issues with the deposit now so to avoid further problems.
