Flat is located in a Schöneberg, +-400m walking distance to Nollendorf Platz (U Bahn) with easy access to everywhere in Berlin. U1 / U2 / U3 / U4 leave from Nollendorf Platz, honestly the best connected U Bahn stop in the west.

I will be traveling for work and also back home in South Africa over the festive season, thus renting my room out.
The flat is 140 sqm, with two bathrooms so you will have plenty of space. We are all working, looking for someone to stay in the room temporarily who has a similar mindset; considerate, clean, active and has a full time job.

Rental includes everything, internet / electricity and gas / a cleaner once every two weeks (cleans shared spaces), Rundfunk - no additional costs need to be incurred.
