I'm an Erzieherin (teacher/counselor) who likes bouldering, tango, art, collaborating, AND Peace! I'm looking for someone to rent out the second room in my flat for 6 months. LGBTQ+ safe space. And I don't dictate what you eat--just as long as you air out the kitchen after you've used it.
I'm hoping for someone who would like to live in a home, rather than an "airbnb". The communal spaces (kitchen, hall, bathroom) are clean and cared for by you and by me on a regular basis (no food left in the sink/no sauce staining the stove/no breadcrumbs on the floor or table) and then we thoroughly clean those communal spaces every 2 weeks. (I'm stating this clearly because I don't believe in "common sense". Everyone has a different background and history, everyone has different expectations and ways of perceiving things. When I perceive "Kalk" on the shower glass, I like to maintain the shower glass door by cleaning it with vinegar! :-p )
I would prefer to live with someone who does not work from home, someone who strives to live a healthy life (which for me means you're not trying to escape yourself). I welcome people who aren't receiving amazon packages on the regular, people who take walks intentionally without their cell phone, curious people. But if we don't hit it off, that's fine. It's not necessary. What is necessary is the cleaning and basic respect.
The front door isn't a revolving door--so if you want sleepover visitors on a regular basis, this isn't the home for you.
