I'm moving and helping my flatmates find someone new to take over my room. The room is fully furnished and easy to make cozy and warm. There's a bed, palette couch, desk, wardrobe, dresser, and mirror. The bedroom faces onto an inner courtyard, so it's quiet and gets a good amount of light. You can kinda see the peak of the Gedächtniskirche and some other iconic building from Ku'damm
The apartment is super centrally located, right between Nollendorfplatz and Zoologischer Garten. It's just a few steps from Wittenbergplatz with quick access to U1/U3 and U2, so most of Berlin feels very accessible from here. The area is at the intersection of Schöneberg, Charlottenburg and Wilmersdorf so there are many different vibes within walking distance depending on what mood you're in! :)
The vibe of the WG is super chill and inclusive. You can socialize and cook together, but everyone also appreciates having some down time on their own so there's a mix of energies at different times of the day/week.Our kitchen doubles as a living room and is the coziest part of the flat. That's where we usually hang out. Both of our roommates are 28 years old and employed. We value a quiet and relaxed atmosphere in our flat, although we do enjoy going out on weekends.
Everyone in the flat speaks English and speaks or is learning German. We're friendly to people from all backgrounds
