Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It's right next to U Rathaus Schöneberg and a beautiful park with a small lake. It has big windows a beautiful IKEA kitchen. I just renovated the place. So it has great floors and lots of cozy details. It has WiFi. You get the entire apartment for yourself.
Caveats: Because I am renovating the entrance will have some things standing as depicted. Also, the shower is shared with the neighbors on the same floor. But it is modern and spacious.
