Hallo liebe Menschen,
da ich ausziehe wird ein ca 16qm großes Zimmer in einer schönen und sanierten Altbauwohnung (56qm) mit sehr guten Fenstern und guter Isolierung und gelegentlich gemeinsam genutzten Balkon ab 15. April 2025 frei. Besichtigungstermin ist am 19. März
Meine Mitbewohnerin Frauke (34, Biologin, Raucherin, eher Nachtmensch) sucht daher eine neue Mitbewohner:in zwischen 27 und 38.
Deine Geschlechtsidentität, Sexuelle Orientierung, Herkunft und Religion sind völlig egal. Wichtig ist, dass Du tolerant und links bist. Diese Wohnung soll ein safe Space für queere und diverse Menschen sein/bleiben. Ich selbst bin schwul und das war hier immer völlig normal. Frauke ist eine offene und sehr zuvorkommende Person, mit der eine gemeinsame WG etwas sehr schönes ist.
Kriterien für das Zusammenleben:
* Neben Freundlichkeit und Toleranz anderen gegenüber auch
* Sauberkeit & Sinn für Ordnung sind sehr wichtig!!
* Es gibt eine süße weiße Katze (Mimi, 15 Jahre alt). Sei bereit Dich manchmal auch zu beteiligen das Katzenklo zu säubern oder ihr Wasser zu geben. Die Katze ist Familie und muss auch so behandelt werden! Frauke hat wegen der Katze immer (auch Nachts) ihre Zimmertür einen Spalt weit geöffnet. Deine Privatsphäre ist davon jedoch nicht betroffen. ;)
* Keine Zweck-WG, es ist eher ein kleiner Raum und daher sollte man Zeit miteinander verbringen wollen. Geneimes Kochen, TV/Spiel Abende, Weinchen oder Zigarette auf dem Balkon
* Es gibt einen Putzplan
* Per App (Flatify) werden gemeinsame Einkäufe für die WG geregelt und verrechnet
Wunschkriterium:
Frauke ist auf dem Weg vegan zu leben, falls Du also schon vegan bist oder Dich auf der Journey dahin befindest, wäre das toll! Es ist aber natürlich kein Muss, vegan oder vegetarisch zu sein.

Hello lovely people,
Since I’m moving out, a 16 sqm room in a beautifully renovated old apartment (56 sqm) with good windows and insulation and a shared balcony (used occasionally) will be available starting April 15, 2025. Apartmen viewing will be march 19th.
My flatmate Frauke (34, biologist, smoker, more of a night owl) is looking for a new flatmate between 27 and 38.
Your gender identity, sexual orientation, background, or religion don’t matter at all. What’s important is that you are tolerant and left-leaning. This apartment is meant to be a safe space for queer and diverse people. I’m gay myself, and that has always been completely normal here.
Frauke is an open and very considerate person, and living with her makes for a great shared flat experience.
What’s important for living together:
- Besides friendliness and tolerance, cleanliness and a sense of order are also very important!!
- There is a cute white cat, Mimi (15 years old). Please be willing to help clean the litter box or refill her water from time to time. Mimi is family and should be treated as such!
- Because of the cat, Frauke always keeps her bedroom door slightly open at night. This won’t affect your privacy in any way. :)
- This is not a purely functional flatshare. Since the space is small, I‘d love to spend some time together—cooking, having TV or game nights, or enjoying a glass of wine/cigarett on the balcony
- There is a cleaning schedule
- We use the Flatify app to manage and split shared household expenses.
Bonus point:
Frauke is transitioning to a vegan lifestyle, so if you are already vegan or on your journey towards it, that would be amazing. But of course, you don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian.
