Big furnished room in beautiful Ceciliengärten

Ceciliengärten is a hidden gem with 2 beautiful gardens (a public one with a fountain and a private one only for residents with a ping pong table and a playground). This is a really rare find in Berlin. It's so good it's even on Wiki

The connection is great, Ringbahn Insbrucker Platz is 9 minutes away (also U4 if you're into that), S1 Friedenau is 6 minutes away. There are also plenty of Nexbikes stations around.
The district is a chill, clean, safe area with beautiful architecture. There are gyms cafes, supermarkets, anything.

Die Ceciliengärten sind ein verstecktes Juwel mit zwei wunderschönen Gärten (einem öffentlichen mit Springbrunnen und einem privaten nur für Anwohner mit Tischtennisplatte und Spielplatz). Ein wirklich seltener Fund in Berlin. Er ist so toll, dass er sogar auf Wiki steht.

Die Anbindung ist hervorragend: Die Ringbahn Innsbrucker Platz ist 9 Minuten entfernt (auch die U4, falls Sie das mögen), die S1 Friedenau ist 6 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt auch viele Nexbike-Stationen in der Nähe.
Der Bezirk ist eine entspannte, saubere und sichere Gegend mit schöner Architektur. Es gibt Fitnessstudios, Cafés, Supermärkte und einfach alles.

All people work, some people hybrid, some from the office and some only from home office. We had some nice dinners and board game nights together, celebrated birthdays, went out to clubs, had a picnic in Summer and more. One guy cooks really delicious pasta and bakes. Note that it's not a party WG.

Alle arbeiten, manche hybrid, manche im Büro und manche nur im Homeoffice. Wir hatten schöne Abendessen und Brettspielabende zusammen, feierten Geburtstage, waren in Clubs, machten im Sommer ein Picknick und vieles mehr. Einer kocht richtig leckere Pasta und backt. Es ist keine Party-WG.
