Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hat grossartigen Holzparkett Boden mit Entarsien . Sehr hell , da in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet . Die gesamte Wohnung ist in gepflegten Zustand und schön eingerichtet .
Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend , da Die Ubahnstation Kurfürstenstr. direkt vor der Tür ist und die Ubahnstation Bülowstr. in 3 Fussminuten erreichbar ist .Rewe ist ebenfalls in 3 Min. erreichbar. Der Park am Gleisdreieck ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar.Viele Galerien und Cafés sind fussläufug erreichbar. Auch eine Busstation ist unmittelbar vor der Tür.
Gegenwärtig wohnt Nenad dort . Ein sehr netter Schauspieler aus Österreich . Manchmal auch ich oder ein Gast von mir .Ein buntes Durcheinander. Aber die Wohnung ist sehr gross .
In der Küche steht ein Esstisch ,an dem man auch mit Gästen komfortabel sitzen kann. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr schön und repräsentativ .Eine klassische Berliner Altbauwohnung mit sehr viel Stuck und sehr hohen Räumen. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer kann noch verändert werden .
